Friesen Carpet

Carpet was lower quality than paid for. Never showed up on job himself. Lied to me about extra expenses that would be due to his subs. Wrong color carpet. Made physical threats. Sent someone to intimidate me. He doesn't even have a business account. He only wants cash. Lied and told me he had carpet in stock. He stocks nothing. He has no employees. He buys from another installer, marks up the price and pays someone else to install. I recorded his threats, vulgar language, etc. I had to call the police and report his threats

We contacted the company and received a response immediately. Jeremy came out to our house to measure, give an estimate, schedule an appointment for installation the next day, and we chose our carpet and pad that we wanted. The next day, the installers arrived on time and were done in just a few hours. Great job.

Jeremy was very pleasant and helpful no pressure his carpet prices were half of what was quoted at flooring America or Home Depot For same quality carpet was a little concerned cause he wanted half the money up front for materials and no one had referred me I found him on Craig's list but he came through and the job was done to satisfaction
