Footprints Floors of McKinney

Alan and his team were awesome. Alan went through my space and looked at the tile I had already bought and went over everything involved in the project. He explained things more thoroughly than anyone else I had talked to. His price was not the lowest, but his expertise and the workmanship was worth the cost. The crew arrived on time each day and worked hard. they measured and leveled each tile as they laid it. They were very polite and cleaned up each day. The floors looked great and eveything was completed when they left at the end of the project. The floor is beautiful! I get so many compliments from people who see my floors and I have no buyers remorse at all. I am hoping to hire them again to do more tile work!

The job was done in a very timely manner and we are more than happy with the outcome of the job. The crew was professional and courteous of our home and did an excellent job. Every little detail was covered...demo, leveling, laying new laminate, putting up new baseboards, and tile work on the fireplace. Great price for all work requested.

Alan Boden was very easy to work with. He assessed our problem and offered options. We chose the one that we actually hadn't thought about. His crew did an excellent job of removing the wooden flooring; installing the tiles; and addressed all our concerns. We wish all the contractors we have dealt with were as professional, efficient and effective as Footprints Floors.

Experience was perfect. Alan and his team made the whole process very easy. The floor is gorgeous and we love it. The tile work and placement was impeccable in an odd-shaped space. The estimate for the amount of tile needed was so close that I ended up with less than a half a box of tile left over.

They did very decent job. They were very understanding to my requests and the way I wanted to be done. Very timely and trustworthy! There are minor things that could be done better like the 90 degree turns in corners but it's not noticeable. They were on the more pricey side, among all the offers I got but I chose them for their reputation and the owner's intellectual attitude.

Very good job. They got the install done a half day early. The end result is great. The install cost was alot better than what a large competitor quoted us. We are very pleased.
