Pauline returned my call promptly and helped to schedule Steve the same day after I advised that both my daughter's and my cars were stuck in the garage because the spring had broken. Steve arrived early and was informative about my options allowing me to decide what repairs to make. Steve was quick with the repairs and cleaned up everything after completing the work. Finding a vendor such as Fast Fix Garage Door is exactly why I became a member of Angie's List. Great job!

You had me at, "Would it be all right if I arrived 30 minutes early?" Not late, EARLY! WOW! Steve was professional, honest, thorough, and a delight to work with from start to finish! He restored our garage door to working condition in 45 minutes. DOUBLE WOW! And the Angie's List special of "2 Springs for $250" was an added bonus!!! Doing business with Fast Fix was a good experience - they were knowledgable about my problem and the solution, how much it would cost (they gave a Angies List Discount), they were timely, professional & courteous. Other potential companies I shopped not only asked more but also tried to work me for "add ons" just for the money. Fast Fix assessed the total door situation and showed me how nothing else needed to be done except replace the broken spring. And, they showed me that it was NEW springs & not just painted over previously used springs.

Steve is great to work with. I told him what I wanted done and he offered suggestions as well. I feel like he did an excellent job and would highly recommend him to family and friends.

We bought the coupon here on Angie's List and within minutes, they Fats Fix contacted me to schedule a time to come out and do the repairs. They showed up on time and the repair person was very polite and knowledgeable. He completed the job quickly and now we have a working garage door! He even took the time to explain what all he had done! Great company!!!

Got a borken tension spring in my garage door. Called Fast Fix Garage Door yesterday afternoon and for a service appointment for today. They gave me a serice time window between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. At 9:45 AM, Steve called me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at 10:20 AM; quickly assessed the repair, determining it was indeed the tension spring. He replaced the tension spring and got the door operational in less than 10 minutes taking the time to lubricate all the hinges and rollers. He also gave me some quick maintenace tips. Great service. I will recommend them to my friends, and I wopuld definitely call them back in the future if I need to.

Steve was prompt and courteous. He explained my options but did not pressure me into one solution or another (which I appreciated). I called to make an appointment on Sunday because my door would no longer open and they were able to come out the next morning.

My garage door was giving me some issues and it finally gave out. I contacted Fast Fix Garage Doors based upon the Angie's reviews I read. I contacted them on a Saturday morning around 9 am and they came out later that afternoon. Steve walked me through the issues and answered ALL of my questions with patience and knowledge. They worked with my schedule and replaced my doors in a timely manner and they look great. The professionalism, knowledge and punctuality with this Company is outstanding. Fast and Fix Garage Door is a GREAT company that is very professional, friendly, and got things done quickly at a very reasonable cost. Pauline was great in scheduling, and Steve was excellent in fixing my garage door. They also showed integrity and honesty, which is the UPMOST important in any Service company. Great company indeed. My metal cables on both sides of the garage door snapped and the garage slammed shut, my car was trapped inside. Pauline helped me schedule an appointment which was FREE estimate (and I had to reschedule due to travel which she immediately accommodated, she always picked up the phone, so friendly and nice), and when Steve arrived today, he said "No need to pay or do anything on the Metal Cable" as it's only the Spring Tension Coil that had issue. He also pointed out some tips on various parts of the garage door. They also had a Coupon in Angie's List, for a normal cost of $217, Steve immediately pointed out "It's only $150" (including Tax). Absolutely wonderful team, A+++ (I will use them again AND tell my friends around The Colony area...).

They were FANTASTIC! Friendly, responsive and did a great job. Very happy with them and they will be the ones I call if I need anything else done to the garage door.

Fast, friendly, & knowledgeable. Most of all, no upsell. I have dealt with many previous garage door repairmen from other companies before. They always claim that something else is about to break, even when that component is fairly new. Their competitors' strategy is to quote a lower price, then require you to get something else fixed,too. They always tell you this in the middle of the repair, so you can't say no. Steve and fast fix garage repair will never do that to you. They are very honest.

Provider was very polite, professional, fair in pricing and fast. He did extra alignments to garage doors without being ask. Garage doors work better than ever. Defenetly use them again!

The guy was friendly, punctual, and fast. No high-pressure sales, seems like a straight talker. Would definitely do business with again. I've referred him to another co-worker already.

This was a great experience. I arrived home on Friday night, and my family informed me around 8:00 pm that there was a loud bang in the garage earlier in the day. I knew immediately that one of the springs had broken. I logged into Angie's list and found Fast Fix Garage Door had some great reviews. I also noticed that they had weekend hours, so I was hopeful to get the problem fixed on the weekend. I proceeded to email the company on a Friday night, and they responded within minutes. We had several email replies back and forth, and next thing I knew, I was scheduled for the following morning within a reasonable two hour window. Where do you find a company that replies on a Friday night? The following morning, the repairman arrived promptly in the window and called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He efficiently replaced both springs. He also brought to my attention that the gear on one of the garage door openers would probably break in the near future. He said he can come out when it breaks and replace it, or could do it at the current time and give me a 33% discount. I am all about convenience, so I just had him replace it. Super nice people and they do GREAT work. My garage door has never been quieter!

One of my best experiences in having repair work done! One of my springs broke and made a horrible noise as I was closing the garage door around midnight last night (luckily my car was not stuck inside). I live in North Garland, but chose Fast Fix Garage Door in McKinney based on their Angie's List reviews and the prices that other members paid for their repairs. I called around 9:00 am this morning. Pauline was very friendly and put me on their schedule for 12:00-2:00 this afternoon. Steve called around noon to let me know he would be here by 12:30. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and got right to work. Though only 1 spring was broken, I chose to have them both replaced. Cost was $270 (Angie's List special), and there is a 10-year warranty on the parts. Steve was awesome! Very polite and professional. I watched as he did the repair and was impressed by how quickly he worked. In addition to replacing the springs, he also checked my outside keyless entry and reprogrammed it for me. I would definitely use them again!

I called in the morning, had an appointment scheduled for 2 hours later the same day and they showed up 15 min early. They got the spring changed, door items greased and oil and done in about 40min. Fast, Good Work and Quick Turn....will use Fast Fix Garage Door again. A+++

I had two options this morning. Skip the gym and do my workout at home lifting 210 lbs of garage door or call someone ((Fast)) to get the broken spring replaced. A conundrum. Luckily, I've chose to contact Fast Fix Garage, and literally within reasonable hours, Steve and Ian arrived for scheduled work. The work went quicker than I'd anticipated. Ian had spooled and adjusted the cables to the drums and installed both torsion springs and winded it within minutes while Steve greased all the parts. Ian also pointed out a brewing problem with the chain ball sprocket located within the housing of the receiver. Steve and Ian did not pressure me with any upselling but offered a reasonable options. Brilliant! Very professional in every way. I highly recommend this company to my neighbors!

My garage door broke this morning. Called the provider and they were at my house within 2 hours. I ended up replacing both door springs as the other was old and probably going to break soon. They were very friendly, reasonable priced and FAST. They didn't try to sell me anything else. Thanks. I will recommend them to anyone who needs garage door services.

Very honest guys and prices. I am usually skeptical and on the defensive when it comes to hiring contract work as I've been burned before but these guys restored my believe that there is good, honest people out there. Will definitelly use them again when needed. I Highly recommended Fast Fix, they are fast because they know their trade and do a great job.
