Fast Fix Garage Door

It went great! This repair was done on my sons' house. My husband and I had this company replaced our springs when one broke last year. We knew they were professional and fast, so we called them again.

Steve from Fast Fix showed up earlier than expected and promptly replaced both Torsion Springs at my request. (Better to replace both so the "tension" on each spring is equal). In addition to replacing the springs, Steve checked everything else on the garage door opener and lubricated all the components. He was prompt, very thorough, and very professional. I will use his services again and be glad to recommend him to everyone I can.

Steve showed up at the promised time. He was very professional and courteous. The job was performed very professionally. He did a little bit of up-sell and convinced me to change the rollers which were not really broken but I was happy because they made a lot of noise.

We were very pleased with the timeliness and quality of Charlie's work.

The door and remote were over ten years old. Steven came out and fixed everything, oiled complete system, gave me a working remote and keyed in "new" remote. On job almost an hour. Cost $128. So satisfied and happy with Fast Fix and Steven. Will always call Fast Fix!

Called the previous evening because the spring broke and car was stuck in garage. Expected to just leave a voicemail for the morning but they answered and we got scheduled for early the next day. Came out and did the repair efficiently and well.

I called at 8:30 in the morning and Steve was at my house by 9:45. My 30 year old door had a small stress area that was preventing the door from shutting. After giving me an estimate, I had Steve put on a new support. Because of the age of my door, I plan on getting a new garage door in January. I was shown a few different options (he had samples on hand) of new garage doors and Steve gave me a price based on what I wanted. It is definite that I will be calling Fast Fix Garage Door to install my new door. Cost of service for this trip was $139.

I called Fast Fix Garage Door after reading the positive reviews, but I was going to keep calling repair places until I found one that could help me today, as my garage door was stuck halfway up. Turns out, I only needed one phone call. I was told that somebody would be there between 1-3 p.m. (it was 12:57 p.m. when I called). Ten minutes later, Charlie called, and about 15 minutes later, he was at my door. The problem was stickier than I thought (one rail had come completely dislodged from the wood door frame, which broke), but Charlie managed to get the door up, reaffix the rail to the frame and replace the broken parts. I certainly wouldn't expect service that fast every time (from anyone), but I will definitely call Fast Fix Garage Door with any future needs.

First the response for query over Angie's list was a immediate and scheduling an appointment was super quick. Charlie showed up on-time and got in to work right away and fixed. 5 long rollers changes for $50 the door was serviced by balancing and lubricating etc for $120.

They were very responsive when I called to set an appointment, and were upfront with what they felt the price would be for the service requested. We scheduled a time for the service same day that afternoon. The technician was in the area and finished another appointment early so he called to see if he could come earlier in the day. They did a great job and the price they quoted was spot on for what needed to be done. I would recommend them if you are looking for a company that delivers what they promise.

It went Great! It went a whole lot better than I thought is was going to.

The job was adequate. The charge was quite excessive. The repairman had his 2 young children with him when he came to see what repairs were needed. He had a female friend with him when he returned to do the repairs. I didn't feel like that was professional. The kids/girlfriend never exited his truck but I wasn't comfortable with that. When the repairman came initially he asked to borrow my ladder. It was only an 8 foot ladder & I felt like he needed a taller ladder to accurately assess the problem. Unfortunately AFTER I agreed to the repairs, I made phone calls and found out they charged far more than what other companies would have charged. I would NOT call these guys again.

Great!! Pauline scheduled me an appointment the next day. Steve and Charlie showed up earlier than the appointed time (called me first to confirm it was OK). They came up with an innovative way to remount the opener system that was securely mounted and that eliminated the door binding problem. The price was very reasonable. Also, Steve showed me how degraded the door rollers were (who knows how old they are, the house was built in 1981), and gave me a special deal to replace them. They were replaced with teflon rollers and now the door closes so quietly! I'm very impressed with Fast Fix.

On Saturday, wee bought one of the "buy now" coupons to have the 2 springs replaced on our garage door. My husband was able to schedule the repair on Monday. Steve set up a time and was punctual. He also called about 45 minutes before he arrived to just let me know he was on his way. The job took about 1 hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. And, he was nice which is a rare trait in tradesmen today. If you have the chance to use Steve, please do! He was GREAT to work with. And, if you do have the honor of working with him, spend a few minutes talking. He is from Northern England and has a super cool accent!

The folks at Fast Fix are professional, honest, and go above and beyond to provide quality service and customer satisfaction! Steve showed up at the house right at the beginning of the 2-4pm time frame window and gave me a courteous warning of his arrival. When I met with Steve, he listened to my concerns, gave his recommendations, and gave me some options. I was replacing a very noisy screw drive garage opener and was looking for a quality belt drive opener (much quieter) with some "smart home" features. Steve honored his January special on the belt drive opener even though the special was past due. After the install, I walked out to the garage so Steve could show me the setup and functioning of the wireless MY Q app and syncing of openers, keypad, etc. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and gave me some extra tips about maintaining the garage. On top of the quality service and honoring the old Angie's list deal, Steve replaced 10 rollers for me free of charge! He stated the prior company over greased the rollers and that they would have been a problem down the road as the dirt built up in the bearings. Wow! I was not expecting him to throw those in free of charge. A quality company with awesome service! I highly recommend Fast Fix Garage Door and will use them in the future for any of my garage door needs!

They came over the next day after scheduling, said I did not need new springs and they replaced my wheels on the sides . This made it whisper quiet. He also installed a keyless entry. He was pleasant and answered my questions. I will use him again.

When the repairman came, he identified that the seal is custom to the garage door. Instead of leaving at that point, he gave me the number to the local manufacturer and told me what to ask for to get fixed. I would definitely use them again.

My experience was excellent from the moment I called to make the appointment. The owners are VERY sweet and friendly. I was able to get an appointment very quick (had to understandably wait a a few extra days since this was right over christmas). Steve was very courteous, professional and great. Quickly found the likely cause for the door not shutting and asked me to call back if it doesn't work (since we have to wait until the sun's out to see if it does). Price was great, I've use one other service before but they were more expensive and didn't always take the time to explain the problem. Love these guys and will always call them for all garage door needs.
