Description of Work: The steel part (handle) that connects to the garage door just ripped out. Steve was the technician. He was very nice, and very friendly. He fixed it quickly. He even showed me how to work my Garage Door Keypad. He was very patient in this. Pauline was the one that answered the phone, and corresponded with me until Steve showed up. They were both very nice, friendly, and very customer oriented. I highly recommend them for your garage repair.

Description of Work: The technician replaced the springs in the double garage door. When he arrived, he did not have three of the correct type of springs with him. He made a special trip to Richardson that day, returning within about an hour and to finish his job.

Description of Work: They replaced the garage door and hardware. I found Steve to be very professional,as well as the people working with him. He was very friendly and listen to my needs. He worked with me and I ended up getting quality service and product. I have already referred Fast Fix to someone. I am very happy with the experience.

Description of Work: Replaced both springs, all of the rollers, tightened chain on garage door opener, and oiled all of the moving parts (hinges, etc.). Did a good job except they used a lubricant that dripped on garage floor and did not evaporate.

He was prompt in the time and in fact waited until the assigned time rather than show up early. Courteous, informative and honest: he charged me only for what was needed and did not try to sell me anything else. I will definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Steve was great to work with and responded to our need for our garage repair the very same day. He went above and beyond providing just the repair we needed. He oiled the hinged, bolted down some of the loose parts on the garage and it's up and running better than when we first had. I highly recommend their work to anyone!

Description of Work: My spring broke on my garage door. I called at 11 AM and Steve was at my house within an hour. Steve recommended that I upgrade to 2 springs due I the size of my door. I think it was the right thing to do and didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me. Fixed it in about an hour and I was back up and running. Great service and a very happy customer. Will use again and recommend to friends.

Description of Work: Fast Fix is as good as its name! I've called twice in the past two years and service has been prompt and very satisfactory. (I live in an older home with a shifting foundation.) This company exhibits consistent professionalism from booking the appointment to the service call itself. Services provided in 2012 included replacing a missing roller and getting rid of an annoying squeak. Previous service included replacement of aging springs on the oversized door.
