The repair went great. They showed up on time, fixed the garage door in a timely fashion. They were polite, did a quality job and gave me a fair price.

Called Fast Fix Garage Door when our garage door fell half off the tracks on Friday evening, they promptly responded, sending a tech out the following morning. He got the door back on, quickly found the issues, which were numerous as this door has been in place since the 1980s. He replaced part of a track, all of the rollers, some kind of support beam that runs the length of door, and some other stuff. He serviced the opener and everything while he was here. Funny, you can hardly even hear the door opening now, smooth as silk and no issues since. They were fast, courteous, and the price seemed fair for all the stuff he did. Steve was very helpful in explaining my options. He provided two differnt options/costs. The first was to replace the broken spring with just one spring and the second option was to replace it with two springs. He spent time going over the pros and cons of one vs. two springs. Overall I was very pleased with the service and the results and would use this company again.

I emailed this provider from angiestlist and i quickly got a call from them. The rep was very supportive. The service technician was very professional and reasonable in pricing. He was being honest and upfront.

I called this company on Sat and someone answered the phone which is unusual for a weekend. The lady I spoke too was very friendly and she schedule a service tech to come out and look at what I was wanting to do. The service man arrived when expected, was also friendly and not pushy. I agreed to have him remove my current garage door and put up a newer door. He scheduled the work for the next day. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of my new door. I shopped around and the price they quoted was very fair.

I called Fast Fix one afternoon and they had openings the next day. I chose the 10AM appointment. They called about 20 minutes before they arrived. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they had the correct parts on the truck. They inspected both of my garage doors and said they were in good shape and didn't need any tuning or tweaking. He was finished in less than an hour and was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

I have several doors and have used another local company until recently. They kept increasing their prices and I was a little concerned about the quality of their work. We had a cable come off one of our doors and I needed it fixed. Fast fix said Steve could come out around 3:00(and he did). I'm not sure if it was same day or next day but they communicated excellent and did what they said they would do. Steve was awesome to deal with and made our crappy door work like new. Couldn't be happier.

This gentleman has the most terrific British accent and it was so much fun to just hear him speak. He was there the next day after my phone call, fixed the garage door, and added some handles to make it easier for us to lift up and close it. When we have more money and our garage is cleaned out and the cars are inside, we will definitely call them again for a new door.

I found them on the Angie?s list and based on the reviews I chose them. I had an excellent experience with them overall. The quality of work they did was also excellent. I had tried many companies, and they were the most responsive.
