Fast Fix Garage Door

My garage torsion spring broke and needed to be replaced. Called the day before around 6pm and was able schedule an appointment for next day. Installer showed up on time, was very courteous/friendly, and provided options for replacing broken spring with one spring or two springs. Job was done on a timely fashion with no issues. Thanks

Garage door was not functioning property but with a little TLC it is back to working just fine. They did a great job and I will use or recommend them in the future.

While leaving for work I backed into the garage door that had not entirely opened. I immediately went to Angies List and found Fast Fix Garage Door. Incredibly, they showed up less than an hour after I called and he was finished putting the door back on its track and fixing the cable in less than an hour. He even oiled everything so it runs better than it did before. Excellent service, will use them again!

I called in the morning after the door was found inoperable, and was told we would have a visit by 12 noon. I called back after 12 and was told that I had been missed, however this was the only issue, and the rest of the work was excellent. The technician arrived about 45mins late, but completed the work rapidally and very much to my satisfaction. I replaced the single spring with a dual spring, after the difference was explained to me. With the dual spring, I will likely still be able to open the door even if one spring breaks. He did a full service of the door, which now works better and quieter than ever before. The rollers were replaced and the runners greased and adjusted. The price, through the Angie's list special, was good, and I was very happy with the service.

Steve was on time and ready to work. He called me on his way over. He replaced both of my garage door springs in 30 minutes. I can see why his company name is Fast Fix Garage Door. By using his coupon from Angie?s List, I saved almost $100, too.

I called on Monday and they were out Wednesday. They arrived when they said they would, and called just before to make sure the time was ok. They were professional and comfortable to deal with. While offering multiple options/deals, they weren't pushy with upgrades. The job was done within about 30-45 minutes. I'm very happy with their service.

Great, he was on-time, evaluated the problem and gave me my options. Replace the panel or put a block of wood in the corner of the garage door panel so screws would have something to "bite" into, and install a new hinge. He said if I wanted to replace the panel I should call Overhead Garage Door the manufacturer as they would give me the best price on the door. Probably cost $200+ The block solution had occurred to me the night before, and since it was a lot cheaper went that direction. He also replaced another hinge that was starting to tear out. And did a little other routine maintenance.

I called before 7 a.m. on 9/9 and received an appointment for later that morning. He arrived around 11 and quickly proceeded to fix the problem. I had anticipated a much lengthier process but he explained what needed to be done and went right to work. He finished the job quickly and didn't charge an exorbitant amount just because I was desperate to have it fixed. He even moved the brackets on the bottom of the track as they were not initially placed in the right spot when installed many years ago. I will use Fast Fix Garage again!

Another great Angie's List experience! We came home from my son's Saturday football practice to a garage door that was stuck halfway down and off track on one side. Of course this happens on the Saturday before school starts and a few hours before a house full of kids are coming over for the annual back to school party. After looking on Angie's List and finding multiple highly rated providers, I called Fast Fix Garage Door because they were offering a special on garage door spring replacement ($250 for two springs including parts and labor). They really lived up to their name! Steve came out about 90-minutes after my call and quickly got the door up and running again. Everything has worked flawlessly following the repairs and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Quality customer service at it's best. Steve was right on time...in fact, he called on his way. Very professional and quick. Gave me the option of a reconditioned motor or a whole new set up (I went with the cheaper one). Gave me a discount for a garage door service, as well as my Angie's list coupon. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat!

Called first to let me know that he was on his way and was right on time. Observed the problems I had with my two doors and went to work and fixed them. He spent about an hour. Everything works fine and I am pleased with the job. I will use him again and had him give me some of his cards so that I might recommend him to others.

Steve did a great job, Called ahead of time, showed up on time, and did the work quickly and professionally. My door went from barely hanging on to the best it's been since I've owned the house. Price was very very fair for the work he did. I highly recommend Steve.

I had bought a garage door off the internet and tried installing it myself. That didn't go well... Steve came out and (without making me feel like I was totally incapable) reworked my install and got my new garage door working perfectly. He also didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. Great company, great service. The only thing I'll note is that the time they give you is for an arrival window, not the start and stop time. That wasn't communicated to me well and I had to adjust my schedule to accommodate at the last minute. But that said, Steve worked as quickly as he could and finished up 30 minutes early. I highly recommend these guys!

This is my first Angie's List vendor selection and I couldn't be more pleased! I chose Fast Fix as they specialize in repair. They were prompt, professional, friendly and very fast. I highly recommend!

Wednesday evening return from my daughter's swim lesion discovered that the door would not open. Upon inspection I discovered that the spring had broken. I called Fast Fix around 9:30 pm to schedule the first available appointment. I was given a time frame between 8am to 10am. The repairman showed up at 9am. He quickly inspected my garage door and gave me a quote of 196. for one spring, which was currently what I had. He suggested if we do not plan to move in the next 5 or so years to add another spring. By adding another spring, he said it will extend the life of the springs. The cost for the other spring was only 100 dollars more (basically the price for the extra spring only no additional cost for labor). I opted to add another spring. The total time took about 30 to 45 minutes to complete. He inspected and greased all the roller. Which the garage door even quieter. I had asked if he could take a look at the keypad which for 8 years never worked. He took a quick look and found that the battery was no good and reprogrammed it for me. (at no extra cost). Definitely would recommend him.

Our replacement couldn't have gone any better! Steve was on-time and very professional. Our new opener is so quite and it also has a battery backup in case we loose power. I would highly recommend Fast Fix Garage Door to everyone!

Job went well, Steve was running a little late but that happens with afternoon appointments for this kind of work where a morning "repair" becomes a "replacement". He gave me a call once he was on his way Once he showed up, verified, what needed to be done and did the fix pretty quickly.

He was prompt, called when he was on the way, fast, friendly and knew what he was doing. I will definitely have him do all our work from now on.

My husband was given the option of replacing the single spring or putting on double springs. (With the double springs the garage door opened smoother and we have a back up if one 1 of the springs breaks.) Well more is better with my husband so we went with the double springs. They spring was replaced and both of our garage doors were lubricated. The repairman also reprogrammed our outside keypad with hadn't worked in 5 years. We were very happy with the service.

I would highly recommend Fast Fix for any garage door work that you need done. Fast, efficient and above all honest. Could not ask for any better service. I felt like the job was completed in an excellent manner and just as important feel that if I need to have something looked at again that they would be there to fix any problem I may have in this regard. This company should be contacted for certain if you have needed garage door repairs.

i came home from work only to find the spring on my garage door had broken. I checked Angie's list and contacted Fast Fix Garage Door. I was surprised they even answered the phone as it was already after 7 PM. I was even more surprised that they were able to come out the next morning. Steve was very professional & personable. I have a rent house. My tenant called at 8:30 in the morning saying he was stuck in the garage. I called Fast Fix. Pauline on the phone was courteous. They were out to the house a little after 9:00 and did the job quickly. My bill says that "Cable was off drum. Placed cable back on drum, re-tentioned springs, lubed door, hinges and rollers." I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
