Fast Fix Garage Door

On Monday morning, we purchased the Deal through Angie's list website and within an hour we received a call to schedule the visit. The visit/installation was scheduled the next day for 10am. At 10am on the scheduled day, they arrived at our house and completed the install by 11am. This is how things should work! Great provider--prompt, easy process, great service, great price! A+++ Thank you!

They are very professional and very good at what they do. We needed some adjustments made after the initial install and Steve was quick to schedule a service call and fix a minor problem. We'll definitely use them again if we need additional garage door service.

Steve replaced a damaged bottom panel that another company told us was impossible. We were told that we would have to replace the whole door at a cost of around a thousand dollars. Steve came out initially to give us a quote and while here I told him about the door being temperamental during the heat of the day. He changed around and reattached to sensors for free solving a problem that we had been dealing with for quite some time. He was prompt, honest, skilled and professional. We were very pleased with the job. We are planning to do business with Fast Fix Garage Door in the future when our older garage door opener gives out (probably very soon!)

Great service. I left them a message on a Sunday night through Angie's list and within 30 minutes they're already responded. I sent them the information regarding what we needed done and they quickly responded with a quote. The price quote was very reasonable so I asked them how soon they'd be able to do the work. I was expecting it to be several days, but surprisingly they had an opening the next day that worked with my schedule. They arrived at the scheduled time and the work was promptly completely -so the job was complete in less than 24 hours from from the time I first contacted them. Would highly recommend this company for their prompt response time, service and price.

They advised that it would cost about a 1/3 of the cost of a door to repair. Which doesn't include 2 window panes that busted in the door due to the door falling off track. There was no pressure and it was clearly at my discretion as to replace or repair. It was decided that we would replace the door. In the interim they repaired the door to allow us to get our vehicle out. Returned a couple days later to replace the door. Very prompt and fairly priced. Would very much recommend them for 24/7 repair issues.

They sent someone out the next day and had it fixed within an hour.

Steve is an excellent person and a great garage door repairman. He is honest and backs his work. I asked him what he had installed in his home and that's what we installed in my home. Steve and his company will be my only garage door repair company going forward. You have a customer for life!

They called ahead to let me know they were on their way and were very prompt. Steve also let me know of a special deal that saved me a few dollars on the replacement. After completing the spring replacements.Ian and Steve did a quick check on the rest of the door and recommended a quick swap of the support struts to strengthen the top door panel. They made the change without an additional charge as well as lubricated a number of moving parts. Overall a great couple of guys who went beyond the initial request. I will use them in the future and recommend them to any needing garage door service.

Excellent experience all the way! Called Fast Fix on Saturday morning - Memorial Day holiday weekend. Spoke with very pleasant lady who said she would make an attempt to have service tech make a visit the same day. By early afternoon, the service techs showed up, offered a one or two spring option both with excellent warranty. After deciding on a single spring they went to work and finished in about 30-45 minutes. The two gentlemen who did the work were very pleasant and very professional. It is rare that you meet somebody for the first time an immediately sense a feeling of trust. One reason they were able to work me in on the same day was because I lived very close to their home office. Had that not been the case I might have had to wait an extra day. I give this company the HIGHEST ratings in every category. Trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely fair on price. These will be the first I call and the first I will recommend for garage door work for myself and those I know. Finding a company like this is the reason I am glad to be a subscriber to Angie's List.

Wow Fast Fix was indeed super fast! They - the owner & his nephew arrived promptly, backed up my long driveway & immediately got to work. They did not waste a lot of time talking & trying to sell me new garage doors or custom springs , working up a "quote" like 2 other companies had done earlier in the day, both giving me quotes of around 450.00. They talked longer than Fast fix took to do their work! ( i did like those companies though ) Fast Fix came prepared with lots of springs on their truck & said they could order me custom springs but did i really want to spend over $200. on a custom spring if it was not necessary? They had a spring on his truck he felt would suffice & it did -the door works great now! My bill with tax was $135.00 with a 5 yr. warranty. I highly recommend this company if you need a spring replaced, they also did adjustments, oiled & tightened everything too. I appreciate their fast, hard work & honesty!

Our garage door would not close. There was a problem with the garage door opener. I called Fast Fix and explained the problem. The woman at Fast Fix asked some fact finding questions and did the trouble shooting over the phone. There was a issue with the sensor being out of alignment. I adjusted the sensor so green light on the sensor stopped blinking and that fixed the problem. Fast Fix could have sent someone over and charged us to fix the problem, but they didn't. A simple phone call did the the trick. I admire their honesty and integrity. You have earned my future business. Thank you Fast Fix.

Steve called within the window of time provided to let me know he would be on site within a half hour, then promptly arrived on time. He was very professional, did great work in a timely fashion. Would definately use him again.

Steve arrive during the middle of the promised time window and called me in advance to give me time to get home as I had requested. He and his helper had to brute-force the door open for me to back out my vehicle as I originally had only one spring on the door. I took his advice (and his Angie's List discount) and replaced it with two springs to make the door less difficult to open the next time a spring breaks. Even with that, they had the new springs installed, the hinges and rollers lubricated, and everything working smoothly in just under 45 minutes. They were friendly, polite, and professional. I can't think how anything could have gone better. I'll definitely call them then next time I have an issue with my garage door.

Fast Fix was terrific. They called within 10 minutes of my quote request, and promptly scheduled an appointment. Steve showed up on time this morning and in < 5 minutes explained everything that needed to be done to get my door back to working order. His estimate was right on the money, and he was finished in appx 45 minutes. Excluding the cost of the new remotes, the total for the work and parts: $161 Including the two remotes, the total cost: $240 I highly recommend Fast Fix. I didn't get a sales job to try and replace additional parts, and their price was extremely reasonable. Steve was sharp - very professional - and cleaned up when he left. I will definitely call Fast Fix Garage Door again, and will recommend them to my friends.

Pauline took my information and promptly gave me an appointment to fit my schedule. Steve arrived on time, explained the best option for my repair, gave me a discount that was running on Angie's List, and was done in about an hour. He was professional and prompt. We will definitely use them again, but hopefully not for a long time.

Pauline was awesome in getting him out. I lucked out that another person canceled their install that day so they had one on the truck. Since my door at the time was hanging halfway closed and crooked I needed help quick. They managed to find a time for Steve to come out. I used this company before in Anna and it was the same guy. Steve is very quick and did a great job.

The person who answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. On the day service was scheduled, the technician called soon after the service window began to give me an estimated time of arrival and arrived right on time. He assessed the issue in no time and got the cable replaced quickly. He even oiled my garage door while he was at it! The entire service call was probably only 45 minutes. I'm very pleased with how easy it was to do business with these folks! I will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Steve. My garage door was broken. I called Steve and he came that very afternoon. He looked at it and told me that I only need to replace the door and not the spring and the drums. In other words, he did not try to over sell anything. Came with a new door and installed it 2 days later. he could have done it the next day but due to new years shop was closed. Quality of work was excellent. Very professional and punctual as well.
