this repair was first rate! i have used this company on a prior occasion and was confident they would give me quality service at a fair price. i was not disappointed. i can honestly recommend this company for garage door service. good people who are professional and honest in their approach. they are my go to company for any garage door work.

I called on Thursday evening and made an appointment for the next morning. Ian showed up as scheduled and performed the necessary work. I received a great price based on their Angie's List special.

We were on our way to church but couldn't get out of our garage. We quickly realized the torsion spring was broken. I called and Pauline was so kind to see if someone would be available to come out and fix it (considering it was a Sunday). They came within an hour of my call and replaced the spring within 45 minutes. Talk about customer service! We appreciated their sense of urgency in helping us out on a Sunday and we will definitely use their services again!

Garage door spring broke at 10 am on Friday morning. Called Fast Fix due to good ratings on Angies List. Was told they were booked until Monday afternoon. If I booked that time she said they would call if they had an opening at an earlier time. Booked the Monday afternoon time. Received a call 4 hours later (2:00 pm Friday) and they said they had an opening and could be there at 2:30 if that would be ok. I said come out down. They pulled in the drive at 2:30 prompt, installed the two springs, and were complete by 3:00 pm. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. Will difinitely use again.

I purchased one of the deals, $270 to replace two springs. They called and scheduled the service quickly after I purchased. The team came over and replaced the springs without any issues. Very friendly, professional and no mess was left behind. Family owned business that I'd recommend and would use again.

Steve and Ian arrived right on time, and had everything working better than new in less than 30 minutes. They replaced the builder's grade spring with a double spring system, which is warrantied by them for 10 years. They were pleasant and professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

Fast Fix Garage Door did just what their name says - they fixed my garage door fast! One of the springs broke overnight, trapping my car in the garage and essentially grounding me. And on a Saturday! But I called up Fast Fix first thing Saturday morning and they said they'd have someone out between 9 and 11. They were true to their word. Steve showed up within the promised timeframe and I think he had me up and running in not much more than an hour! He replaced both springs and gave me the $270 Angies List price. Very happy customer!

The existing molding was not properly fitted. Steve, Fast Fix Garage Door, responded quickly to my call; assessed the situation; and gave me a fair estimate of what it would take to fix the problem. He returned, within a reasonable amount of time, to fix the problem. He removed the existing molding, and replaced it with properly orientated molding. This corrected the problem. He also cleaned up after he completed the fix. Steve is a no-nonsense person. He is very knowledgeable about garage doors, and can be counted on to fix the problem. The price charged is very fair. He quickly gave us confidence that he would fix the problem.

One of the two springs on my garage door snapped and was quoted by other providers a cost of over $500 to replace both and have a 3 year warranty. Steve came and was able to replace both springs for $270 and the springs came with an 8 yr warranty. He took less than an hour to install both so when they say they are fast they are not kidding. I would highly recommend their services. This will be the only company I will use going forward for any of my garage door issues. Steve was punctual, genuine and never even tried to up sell me

Found and read reviews on Angie?s List and felt this was the best company for my needs. The lady I spoke with to arrange an appointment was very friendly and helpful, we scheduled the time between 4-5 and Steve would be the person I should expect. The day came, about 4:05 Steve called and said he would be at my house in about 10 min, 4:15 he was there. He replaced two springs, lubed the door and it worked like a charm. We chatted for a few minutes as he wrote up the invoice and was gone...and it was not even 5pm yet! Quick, professional, friendly and quality work! My garage door torsion spring broke on a late Saturday night. Needless to say I wanted to have it fixed right away as going in and out of the garage door is how I enter and exit my house. The next day on Sunday afternoon I got on Angie's List and started to look for a couple of companies to come out to do the repairs. I emailed three companies with the same exact information of what happened and what I wanted replaced. I heard back from Pauline at Fast Fix Garage Door within an hour of sending that email. A couple of email exchanges later I had a confirmed appointment time for Tue morning. My husband said Steve arrived on time, made the repairs and charged the price we were quoted. He was in and out in an hour. I heard back from the other two companies on Monday who stated that they could have someone call me to set up an appointment. I am sure all three of the companies I choose were probably good but who really has time to wait around when you need to have something repaired right away? I highly recommend this company as they are professional, courteous and downright good. As far as the price, I believe they were the most competitive but I would not have minded paying a little more just because they were so responsive! I requested the appointment on Sunday morning and was surprised to get a call Sunday afternoon for work to be performed Monday. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Her husband arrived the next day on time and performed the work as agreed in short order. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. He answered all our questions. Very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Sent the request in on Sunday morning and got a call back that afternoon - impressive. On the date/time of service Steve called as requested and arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. Excellent experience! I am so glad I didn't try to do that myself.

Steve did a fantastic job. Pauline said he would be at my house between 11 and 1 pm and would call me when he was on his way. He definitely did that and was even earlier than projected... he arrived at 10:45 and it took he all of 30 minutes. Thanks for doing a great job! I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them.

Tech arrived on time, gave me a quote to do the work and completed the job within an hour.

The first time they came I had no issues with their service. My wife called a just few months after the initial service with our garage door stuck half way down. She had called me at work and I told her the springs were warrantied for 10 years. When she called and tried to verbalize that you, you laughed at her because she did not understand the spring warranty and the labor warranty. Not a giggle, but a hearty laugh like she was stupid for saying that. Just because someone does not have mastery of the English language does not make them ignorant. My wife is Italian and English is her second language, so maybe she did not use the right words, but maybe you could have had patience to listen, feign concern, and not laughed at her. She said that she would be sure to review your company online and you told her to go ahead. Congrats!! Here it is. Later when I called, you explained that you had laughed at my wife and it was her fault because she did not let you talk. We pay for a service, you could have waited to let her finish and then clarified, then maybe you would have had our repair business. Unfortunately your ego gave you the right to laugh at a customer. Your loss. Even if the problem is with the springs and would be covered under warranty, I am using another company and will make sure to share my two cents with any of my friends that have problems with their garage door. Yes, I got an Angie's list membership 1. so I could review your company and 2. so that I can lower the probability of having the same issues in the future if I need work on my house.

Excellent, prompt service from the call to schedule the appointment to the actual repair services. Replaced 2 torsion springs within 20 minutes. The repair was excellent and the quality of parts appears to be good. Technician was courteous and professional.

I called Fast Fix in the morning, and a very nice woman took all my information. She sent out a tech (Steve) in the afternoon to my house to arrive between 3:00 and 5:00. I asked them to please have him call me when he was on his way so that I could leave my office at the same time, and he did call me at about 3:30. He was waiting in my driveway when I got home, and fixed my garage door within about 15 minutes! He was very nice and friendly, and explained the work that he did and the warranty information. Totally easy!! They also give me an Angie's List deal for $175 total repair (original $217 invoice total). I would definitely recommend and use them again!
