 + -1 moreFanning services installed the original HVAC unit in our home when it was built (13 years ago). They serviced that unit annually for most of that time and has proven to be knowledgeable, reliable and honest. Three years ago they advised that our HVAC unit had several years more life remaining. This year, after getting three competitive bids, we contracted with Fanning to install a new HVAC unit. It is a high-efficiency unit (20 SEER, 5 ton) and we are already seeing a 40% savings in our electric usage. Fanning has been very responsive on post-installation service calls for fine-tuning our air conditioning. We highly recommend Fanning Services.

 + -1 moreWork was performed well. However I feel that the cost was excessive. They installed a replacement fan motor that cost $78 online at Amazon. It took the technician less than one hour to perform the work. For this they charged more than $450. I thought that was excessive. Even though the quality of their work seems ok, I will be looking for someone else for HVAC work in the future.

 + -1 more!Are professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and extremely courteous and very much concerned that you are completely satisfied with their work!
Description of Work: Came out to check unit we installed last year and wasnt cooling as well as was---found a small leak in the line and didnt charge me to fix and re charge system the system--said it was their error!! Imagine --someone who actually stands behind their work!!!! Also had them service another unit which they had correctly diagnosised and saved me from getting rid of last year!

Description of Work: Have had numerous issues with our A/C service providers since building our house 4 years ago. Called Fanning after reading positive reviews other places to check evaporator coils in 2 Lennox units which we were told were leaking by another company. Brian came out and spent 2 hours going over our whole system. Tightened a few things and made sure everything was working properly. After hearing of our troubles with other company; he didn't even charge us. Needless to say Fanning now has my maintenance agreement.
