DISCOUNT TIRE

I like them. They give free checks and my car, I have one car that every time the weather changes from hot to cold, or from cold to hot, I get a message saying your tires are low so I go in there ALL the time and say, can you check my tires and they do that for free. They’ve got a special line for tire checks. When I started talking to you I had just pulled in, and you heard when I left. I pulled in, they said come up here and they checked my tires and that was it. They added the air and I was gone, and it was free, so it’s no big deal. So, that means that whenever I actually need a tire and I have a real problem with my tire like a nail or something, I always go to them. So, I’ve bought a bunch of tires from them when I actually need one. Take your car there. After you get a new tire from them, it’s a lifetime warranty. That’s if it fails. If you wear it out, it’s different. If you get a nail in it’s different, if it just doesn’t do well it’s a lifetime warranty.

I called on a Saturday and was told they would order in the lawn tractor tires Monday AM and have them ready Monday PM or Tuesday. I took the wheels to them on that Saturday and was told they would call when they were ready. I finally called Thursday or Friday - mine had ''missed'' the Mon. order but they'll be in next week... Again, no calls. The following week, but the wheels were ready when we stopped by Friday -- 13 days after dropping them off!

Excellent service and time change on the new tires. I was in a bind for four new tires and discount tires was the only place that would be able to change them on such short notice.
