They were very quick and did a quality job in about 9 hrs. Our sales person Chris Stone made sure we were well informed on all aspects of the process and we felt comfortable and confident that we made a good choice.
Description of Work: Crossroads roofing replaced my roof after damage from a hailstorm.

 + -1 moreChris from Crossroads Roofing was referred to me by a work associate... I called because of a hail storm that hit our area in early April. He was very prompt and came to inspect my roof that afternoon. Chris advised me to file an insurance claim and the came back to meet the insurance adjuster a few days later. They approved me for a new roof and gutters and a few window repairs. Chris took care of everything... I got a new roof (he even upgraded my shingles!!!) and Crossroads also completed all the other work. AND....they even took care of all the insurance paperwork and filed for the depreciation. I was very impressed with every aspect of the process and Chris was always available to answer any of my questions... and I'm extra picky...lol I would highly recommend Crossroads Roofing to anyone... Very professional and courteous... Thanks Molly
