Was able to easily get an appointment and they were very helpful, though there was a 2 week lead time during the busy summer. The technician showed up right on time, was extremely friendly and took the time to provide me an overview of how the system worked. Service was completed very quickly and I was very pleased with the technician and how helpful he was. Have recommended this company to 2 friends already.

CC Sprinkler was recommended by a neighbor. We looked them up on Angie's List and ratings were good. Called and was able to book service for a time only a few days in advance. Jorge did the service call. Jorge was great. Very articulate. Explained what he was going to do. He did his work quickly. Then, at the end, walked through what he did. Definitely confident in the work done and at a reasonable price. Only issue, a minor one, was that Jorge was not clear that we were confirmed (they phoned us the day before and left a message...we called back and confirmed in a voice mail). Thankfully, that was not a cause of a no-show. Will use them again for regular maintenance.

I have used them three times. They're very reasonable price-wise in everything they do.

CCS installed an entire irrigation system and drip lines for my home. They were amazing, and really know their business. I highly recommend them!

They did a great job. They came very early in the morning so I opened the garage door for them so they had access to the unit for the sprinkler system. I went back to the things I was doing in the house and I never even knew he was here. He did what he needed to do and more. They always do a great job for us.

Did have to wait about 10 days due to backlog. Serviceman was right on time, took less than an hour to repair broken sprinkler head and monitor all others to make sure they were covering all the areas.

Excellent service. Had to wait for about 2 weeks due to all the rain in May. Entire system was installed and functional in one day. Walk through completed the next day and the system is up and running.

It all started with Sherry at the company. She was very cordially, transparent in their cost, and without meeting here, I know she is just a good hearted person, very trustworthy. I called to get my sprinklers tuned up within the week, as a matter of fact, they got to me within a few days. Jorge (Technician) arrived right on time or before. He too was very cordial, friendly, and provided me insight as he was fixing them on why they sometimes go bad. He was very quick with his work, very meticulous I may add, and when he was complete, the total price was very reasonable, as per indicated by Sherri. I am very happy with their work, and will use them again, and refer to them as a source for others to use. Thank you Sherri, and Jorge !!!

They did an excellent job from beginning to end. Scheduling was fast and easy. The employee who did the work called ahead, worked with my schedule, and showed up and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. He showed me what was causing the problem and explained how he fixed it. He cleaned up and was done within an 1 hour and 15 minutes. Very professional and polite too. Thanks.

I was extremely satisfied with my entire experience with Steve and his team at Collin County Sprinkler and Lighting. After contacting him, Steve provided a timely and thorough bid with all the details of the system in writing including how many zones, sprinkler heads, drip lines, etc. Out of 3 bids I obtained, his bid was the least expensive and I felt the most thorough. Steve catered the system to what was needed for my new landscape beds and worked with some special requests which I had. He regularly followed up with me on the timeline and details of the install. The install team did a great job and the install went as expected. The install Supervisor walked through the install with me to ensure everything was working as expected and he provided a very helpful overview of how to program the system. I would highly recommend this company to others.

They come out for maintenance when I call them. I have used them for years.

I called him to give me an estimate and the next day he came out. He was very honest and responsibly priced. His crew did a great job.

We have had to deal with a lot of contractors building our new home and CCS was a breath of fresh air due to their professionalism, high quality of work and follow through. Super impressed with their 3 yr parts and labor warranty which was above what other companies were offering. They came back, checked the system, fixed a few things and went over the system with us. Highly recommended! And a rare find these days.

We not only use them but we have contractors for other things that use them as well. They are sort of our go to company for irrigation needs. We are very satisfied. They come on time and they are professional.

They were punctual and did a thorough, professional job. Work was performed and completed on schedule. Workmen were courteous and careful with landscape plants, etc. An expert returned on the following day to instruct me on use of the controller and help me set up a watering schedule. I have had to call them once since because a landscaper broke a sprinkler pipe. They came promptly and fixed it under warranty. I was very please with their work.

Justin came out and gave me a estimate for an 8 zone system and he was very professional and knowledgable. I felt the price was very reasonable versus the other quotes I received from other companies. I gave Justin a call to give the "go ahead" and they came out a day earlier and had the system installed while I was at work! Their crew did an awesome job and were very professional and did a great job cleaning up after they were done. The next morning Ruben called me to schedule a time to do a walk through and a learning session to program the system. He was very prompt and did an awesome job showing me how the system works and programming the 8 zones. I told Ruben I tried to print off the $100.00 coupon off of Angie's list, but wasn't able to, he honored that coupon with no problems at all. I am very pleased with the entire service and experience with Collin County Sprinklers &Lighting!

Good! I had to follow-up a few times due to the company being so busy but we are very happy with the system and the work that was done!

We found that our sprinkler system wasn't working on our watering day. It was a blown fuse. Since we could only water once every two weeks it was important to fix it that day, but it was a Sunday. I called Collin County Sprinkler & Lighting. Steve called me back within 5 minutes and talked me through debugging the bad zone. I was able to remove the corresponding cable for that zone to disable it so the rest of the zones would run until they could get out there. They came out that week and found/fixed the bad solenoid in about 30 minutes. I also wanted them to add my foundation soaker hoses to my sprinkler system. I had an extra zone, so they added it there and ran a new valve and two spouts to the corner of my house. I connected my existing soaker hoses to them from there. I also wanted to do some drip irrigation for my flower beds and trees. I didn't have any zones left on my system so they did an "add a zone" and combined two existing zones to enable me to do this. Again they added a couple of spouts to the corner of my house that I use to connect the drip tubing. They also put in three runs of PVC pipe between some of my flower beds. The work took a few hours longer than they estimated due to the need for the "add a zone", but they were very accommodating with my requests. They are very personable and friendly. I'm going to call them back to see if they can add something similar to my father in-laws system.

I had one problem when I called him. He ended up having to fix 6 heads. He was polite. After a few days, I noticed the main problem I was having was still there. I called and they were very nice and came the next day to fix it. Everything has worked fine since.

They actually arrived 15 min before schedule, guys are very knowledgeable, took care of bunch of problem really fast. Simple guys upfront with the cost and fixed all my problems with sprinkler system. I will use them again.
