Description of Work: They called to verify the appointment and where able to get a earlier date. The tech called to let me know he was on his way and promptly arrived at the scheduled time. Service took less then 1 hr. They install a main and extra backup shut off valve. It was a little more than qouted, because of the extra turn off valve.

Description of Work: Irrigation system would not operate and 'fault' error message appeared on system screen. Service tech repaired the issue about which I called. However, there was another problem occurring at the same time that the repair man did not tell me or did not notice. The irrigation system screen still indicated a 'fault' error message after the original problem was fixed and repairman departed. Second 'fault' message does not prevent the system from operating.

We needed help quickly, so we called a few companies that weren’t able to come out until the next day, but he came out within half an hour. He repaired the problem quickly, then repaired another problem quickly. We would never think of using anybody else but them!

+ -1 moreI purchased a sprinkler system from Collin County Sprinkler a little over a year ago, which came with a 3-yr warranty. However, I had no luck reaching the company the two times I've had issues arise and needed to take advantage of the warranty. I attempted to reach them through their main company line as well as the cell phone numbers for the supervisor and the owner. Was very disappointed that I had to find other means for the repair after spending thousands of dollars on one of their systems.
Description of Work: I contacted Collin County Sprinker to set up appointment for a repair. I wasn't able to reach a live person and left a voicemail regarding the issue, but the call was never returned. I tried to contact them two more times, but never heard back.

+ -1 moreWonderful. Responded to my request for information in less than 24 hours and came over that afternoon to provide a free estimate. They were there to finish the job within 5 days. I was called the morning the crew was heading to my house to work on the system conversion because they had a cancellation. Unfortunately, I was at work and unable to move some decorative stone work under which I wanted some of the drip irrigation tubing laid. I told them to just lay the tubing on top of the rock and I would take care of it later myself. To my happy surprise, the crew mvoed the rocks and laid the tubing where I wanted it and then replaced the rocks! I was and still am so very happy with the service that was provided.
Description of Work: Converted my courtyard to a drip irrigation system that covers the entire side courtyard running off one station in the system.

+ -1 moreI left messages with 3 different companies. Collin County Sprinkler was the first to call back and was able to schedule a time at my convenience---a specific time and date. They arrived at 7 AM per schedule. I had a very tight timeline and had to leave at 7:15 for a doctor's appointment. They arrived on time, we discussed my problems, they indicated what they would do, approximate cost/time, I left within 10 minutes. They added heads, found an old line and tapped into it, saving me the expense of creating a new line, and changed heads. The invoice was consistent with the quote, the work fully met my expectations.
Description of Work: Added two new sprinkler heads, checked existing ones, changed out two heads.
