I was very pleased with the installion and the products they used.I was very happy with the followup to adjust the sprinker heads and show me how to work the control box.Steve and Rubin were great to work with.

After many bids, this was the best price by far--but CCS didn't short change the QUALITY. I got the exact same system as another contractor for about 1K less. They left my yard in great shape after the install, and my grass has never been greener. Great company! I hight recommend.

Collin County Sprinkler without question has earned my vote. Very professional, organized and gets the job done. I had an upcoming back surgery that I wanted sprinkler system installed before the surgery. Steve fit me into the schedule with no wiggle room, and it never fails, here comes the rain. The job was done while I was in the hospital, but Steve made sure that they were able to give me a walkthrough just as soon as I was ready. Everything looked and worked great. If you select another company, your missing out on the best. Did I mention that I spent 22 years in the Navy, I'm pretty picky and the job better be done right. It was.

I had my sprinkler system installed last year. Steve's price was the best and the install was pretty smooth...no issues with the system all summer.

Sprinkler installation was done quickly and efficiently with minimal damge to existing lawn and flower beds.

Steve called me immediately after I contacted service magic. Of the 3 companies that submitted bids, he was the only one to provide brochures of the system to be installed. He was also the only one registered with BBB and had an A rating. In addition, they also has an A rating with honors on Angieslist. His bid was also the lowest of the 3. They installed the system in one day and did a pretty good job at cleanup. Rueben came the following day and did an excellent job at explaining the system. I am very pleased with Collin County and the system they installed.

Very friendly, quick service, quality products. Have honored their warranty on labor and materials. I've made two warranty claims in the past three years and they have come right out and fixed the problem with no hassle or charge, which is unusual for contractors. My only regret is that one of our flower beds was put on the same zone as the grassy area in our back yard. The flower bed does not need as much water as the grass so we have had to adjust our watering schedule frequently to make sure we don't underwater the grass or grow mold in our flower bed because of overwatering. This could have been easily solved by making separate zones.

Steve and his crew went far beyond my expectations. The installation had to be delayed due to rain but Steve was in constant contact updating me on the anticipated day of installation. When the day finally arrived I was unfortunately out of town due to a family emergency. Steve worked with me to access the property and installed the system to my satisfaction during my absence.

From first contact to project completion everything was on schedule and finished as promised. Clean up at project completion was impressive after seeing the mess being made during the project. Steve couldn't come out to help program the system due to the holiday weekend but sent one of his very qualified employees on a Saturday of a holiday weekend to go through the system and double check all the work. I'm very satisfied.

They were fast and did a good job of cleanup. everthing works as they told me it would. I'm very satified.

Very professional. Provided written material about the sprinkler system, along with written bid. We had several companies bid on our sprinkler system project, but went with Collin County because they were the most professional and offered a three year warranty. Plus we read all of the comments on Service Magic and felt that this company would be the best match for us.

They were prompt in their time installing the water sprinkler. It was a great job. We have had no trouble with it.

The overall project was done in a timely and professional manner. The only hiccup was a misinterpretation by Collin County Sprinkler on the city's (The Colony) requirements for obtaining a permit. In our case even though we were upgrading a system originally installed by the developer rather than new, a permit was still required. To Collin County Sprinkler credit they obtained the permit at their expense, keeping us apprised of their progress the entire time, and completed the installation as soon as they got it. These folks were not the lowest bid but as a believer in 'You get what you pay for' Collin County Sprinkler delivered the goods.

I ended up getting 4 bids for my sprinkler install. One of which was a relative of a friend. Collin County Sprinklers ended up being the lowest bid and I'm glad that I selected them. They installed the system in 1 day. I ended up being out of town when they finished the install but Steve made sure to come back to my house to show me how the system worked. I would recommend Collin County Sprinklers for your next install.

Very good experience. The crew and the foreman were very professional and answered all my questions before, during and after the installation They worked with our schedule and completed the work in a very short time.

They did a very good job instaling and the crew worked very well together and hard all day, Great job. Now if the warenty and they service is as good I will be very pleasaed.
