Our goal at Collin County Sprinkler is to provide our customers with a high quality custom designed Irrigation & Professional Landscape Lighting system at a fair price. We are a full service irrigation company. We offer repair services, residential and commercial installations, as well as drainage systems. We provide an industry leading three-year warranty on materials and labor for all of our residential installations. Therefore, we use only the very best products and equipment. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not enlist high-pressures sales tactics in order to sell you an irrigation or lighting system. We simply provide you with our best price up front and on a timely basis. We do not require meeting with you in order to give you a bid. However, we will be glad to meet you at your request. Referral lists are also available upon request. Collin County Sprinkler is a member in good standing with Better Business Bureau, and licensed to install irrigation systems in the State of Texas by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.

Had my sprinkler system installed 4 months ago. Woke up this morning and the street was flooded as the main connection into the green box busted. Called Collin County Sprinkler and the rep said, "We don't have any technicians that do emergency calls...we'll TRY to get to you next week." (Today is Tuesday!) Meanwhile water is gushing onto the street. Lessons Learned: find a company who cares about their customers AFTER the install and they have your money!

The work was done in one day. Although Collin County Sprinkler had to come out two more times to complete the job, it did get done after the plants were installed! And the new controller is very easy to use! Plus no plants have died yet!

Steve Campbell at Collin County Sprinkler installed new systems at two of our homes and we are very pleased. He did exactly what he promised and there were no surprises or add-ons to his estimates, even though one back yard required hand digging due to several flower beds. We also appreciate having a 3-yr warranty!

Steve, Juan, Ruben and the crew were professional, courteous and thorough from start to finish. Definitely received my money's worth. Ruben took time after the installation to "walk" me through the sprinkler panel operation, inspected the completed job with me and answered my questions completely. I can definitely recommend them.
