+ -1 moreI have been using Robby for 10 plus year. I met him by pure luck when I went to visit a neighbor. Robby was there cleaning his carpet. As I visited with my neighbor I keep watching Robby as he worked to remove a stain. I commented to my neighbor that this guy does not stop till it's perfect. I have used other and quot;brand name cleanersand quot; and they were in and out of my house in record time. I got his card and booked an appointment for the next week and for the past 10 year he is the only guy I use to clean my carpets and rugs. When others would spend and hour, he takes 2 because he does it right. I trust him 1000%. typically leave a key and money on the table, knowing I will come home to a job well done. He has cleaned and sealed my tile in the past making it look brand new. Why spend $100's and take your persian rugs to be cleaned offsite. Robby will clean them on the spot and they look fantastic. Love honest guys/companies like Robby at Clean Sweep.

+ 0 more- Overall: Did an excellent job - Patiently explained on the phone what all they do. And how they charge. - I had something come up on the day of the appointment. They were flexible enough to give me a different slot the same day. - Showed up on time. - Went thru the house and surveyed what needed to be done - Cleaned the vent nicely. I was surprised to see the amount of lint that came out of the vent. - Vacuumed the carpets; pretreated them; steam cleaned them; carpets looked nice after the job was done - Nicely, patiently and diligently did the entire job - January special included free scotch guard treatment. That was nice. - Re-assured that if I see some spots or anything after the carpet dries up, I can call them to come back and take care of it. That was nice. Though I didn't have to. - Only thing was that they said the carpet would dry up in 3-4 hours. It took much longer. In fact the stairs took almost overnight to dry up. But given everything else was great, I would use them again and recommend them to others.

+ 0 moreFirst they vacuumed with a high-powered vacuum. They spot treated problem areas--mainly pet stains. They used a black light to be able to find all of the problem areas--eek, so many!!! They cleaned with a steambased, extraction equipment. Carpets were fairly dry-ish before they even left. Offered to return to readdress any stains that came back up from the padding below but I haven't had to do this.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaned. Husband and wife team performed cleaning of my carpets. They did a good job. They were nice, a little chatty. They have cleaned here many times before and have always done a nice job.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job, they were pleasant, enthusiastic, and hard-working. I called them on an Angie's List referral. I was not disappointed. They came out the next day and finished in a couple of hours. Our house had been egged and several windows needed extra elbow grease.

Description of Work: I have used Clean Sweep for 6 years. Robby Rainey and his wife, Gay, and his Dad are all a pleasure to work with. They clean our windows every year. We have 26 windows and they charged $217 in March of 2011. In September of 2010 we had a small flood in our master bath, closet and bedroom. I called when I discovered our problem and they came out immediately and stayed into the night extracting water, moving furniture, and more. They brought in industrial fans, pulled up the carpeting and padding and saved us a lot of money because we did not have to replace anything. For a week they came in daily to re-adjust the fans and test for moisture. This whole thing only cost $377. Considering the time, equipment and manpower they could have charged a lot more. In the past 6 years they have also cleaned my carpets many times, cleaned my dryer vent, re-caulked shower and bathtubs and sealed my tile kitchen floor. I trust them explicitly and am not afraid to leave them in my house un-attended. They are professional and do a great job!

+ -1 moreThey came here and did the work that they said they would do. They were friendly, direct, and forthright. They just went about their work. However, they were not equipped to do everything that I needed done. There was dirt in the ductwork that their equipment couldn't get to. I think they probably needed to replace the ductwork. I have done some of that since then. My experience with them was fine. I don't have any complaints.

+ 2 moreHe arrived on time and within minutes had found the outside vent, found the blockage, attached his equipment, and filled his vacuum cleaner container with YEARS of deposited dryer lint. Very Efficient, less costly than estimate, Professional, Friendly, Cheerful and, I repeat, "Very Efficient!" Less than 1 hour overall.
Description of Work: Dryer repairman from "Mr. Appliance" (www.mrappliance.com/collincnty) told us that the vent was blocked preventing the gas dryer operating properly. Our land-lady contacted "Robby" of "Clean Sweep ...".

Description of Work: I came home to a quarter inch of water in the master bathroom that completely soaked the master closet and about 4 feet into the master bedroom. I called Robby at 4:00 and he and his wife, Gay arrived at my home at 5:00. They spent about 21/2 to 3 hours sucking the water out of the carpet, the pad and the slab! They left industrial fans going for 3 days to dry everything out. He came back daily to check the progress and re-position the carpet and fans. He used a moisture stick to ensure that the carpet and pad were dry. The price quoted above includes the cleaning of 3 areas in addition to the water clean-up and tax. I have used Clean Sweep for 5 years and am 100% satisfied with their work. I am even comfortable leaving my home with Robby (the owner) here. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!

+ 0 moreI found Robbie on the Better Business Bureau website and he had a perfect BBB Record. Had him come out and clean my carpets as well as my tile in my kitchen. He did a great job! There were a few spots that did not come up due to my 2 year old and he came back out at no charge and went back over them. Stains were gone! Our carpet was very soft after he finished!
Description of Work: Robbie came out and quoted us a price, he cleaned probably 3000 sq foot of carpet and 500 sq foot of tile.

+ 0 moreHe did an excellent job and I was very pleased with his work, his genteel manner and I felt totally comfortable with his business ethics. He met my husband at the house at 8:30ish and when I came by at about 12:30 he and his son were working hard. He explained all his services in detail prior to giving me the bill and I appreciated this detailed explanation of charges. It may seem that I spent a lot for the work I had done, but the house was built in 1983 and is over 2200 sq ft with many vents and ducts. I will in fact use him again to do the carpets in the apartment we just vacated and will recommend him to anyone looking for an "honest days work from an honest man".
Description of Work: My main request was to have the carpets cleaned in all 4 bedrooms due to allergies to previous owners cats, which Robby did. I also had all the air ducts blown out, dryer vent blown out, grout cleaned and re-caulking in all 3 bathrooms.

They cleaned 8 rooms of carpet $232.00 and 26 windows (inside and outside) and screens for $217.00, shower re-caulked was $85, dryer vent cleaning was $85.
