Dave was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We received a quote quickly and it was very fair. His crew was amazing, so many of our neighbors commented on the professionalism and quality of work. When we needed the stain to be evened out a little, within 24 hours Dave had his stain guy out to ***** the situation and the crew was back out in a few days. The end result is wonderful and I would highly recommend.

Cedar Creek Fences did an outstanding job replacing our yard fence last month. The work was excellent, the service was efficient and effective, and the results were extremely high quality – this was the case for all aspects of the job. Dave’s guys completed the work very quickly, within just under 3 days. The staining work was great, too. It was great that Dave subcontracts out the staining so that we didn’t have to separately find and contract with a staining company. I appreciated that Dave took the time to walk around the entire fence with me right before the project was done so I could ask questions and he could provide answers regarding the new fence. Prompt, professional, very good to work with. Great communication before, during, and after the job. Thoroughly explained things, so we knew what to expect. Was especially impressed with how well they cleaned up after the job -- both the fence company and the stain subcontractor did extremely neat work. Would definitely hire again. Things to know: Payment: Businesses are allowed to add on credit card fees. They charge 3% if you pay with a credit card. That came as a bit of a surprise when it was time to make the first payment. Suggest maybe adding something to the quote stating that, if it's not already on there. Staining: They use a subcontractor for staining, and the sub does a good job as well. They spray, which is much less expensive than brushing or rolling. You can definitely tell it was sprayed, but it's still a beautiful fence. Very impressed, didn't see a drop of spray anywhere except where it belongs, on the fence! Very happy with our new fence, and with the whole experience! Thank you, Cedar Creek Fences!

Everything went amazingly! I can't say enough great things about Dave and Cedar Creek. Dave was incredibly responsive, notified me proactively about matters big and small, and followed through on every last commitment he made. Plus, the fence looks beautiful. I got a very good feeling about Dave from the first time we spoke. He used Google Earth to find a photo of my house and was able to provide me a rough estimate for the project almost immediately. I thought this was a great solution for the initial quote, because it allowed me to confirm we were roughly on the same page about how much the fence should cost without forcing either of us to waste time for an in-person quote. After I informed Dave that the initial quote was acceptable, he scheduled a time to meet at my house for a formal quote and a walk-through of the property. After taking measurements, Dave informed me the estimated measurements had been higher than his actual measurements so he gave me an updated (i.e., lower) quote. Once I accepted the quote, Dave was able to schedule us quickly. His crew was polite, professional, and punctual. They completed the project a full day quicker than Dave had promised. We obtained multiple other quotes. Cedar Creek's wasn't the cheapest for the work we wanted done, but their price was right at the average. I have no doubt that we would not have been as happy with the work done by the company who gave us the lower quote. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience and, as I said, the fence looks great. I would *DEFINITELY* recommend Dave and Cedar Creek to anyone looking to install a new fence.

Cedar Creek Fences was exactly the kind of company you want to work with on a project of this scale. 1/4 acre lot in Richardson, tore down old fence, built a gorgeous 8’ privacy fence with 2 walk through gates and a 20’ electric sliding gate. Very good communication and project management—all permitting completed without hiccups. Dave is great to work with, very personable and reliable. All subcontractors were punctual, courteous, and incredibly talented. Wouldn’t think twice about using Cedar Creek Fences again!

I need to replace my fence. I contacted Dave at Cedar Creek Fence. He came out on a Saturday and we discussed the job. I had an upgraded fence installed and a gate added. I received an estimate within a few hours. We scheduled the work and it was done on time. The fence looks great. Received a quote for a backyard project to remove the old fence and install a new 8 feet cedar b2b. The quote was very reasonable and was very detailed with 10 year warranty. Since I had a pool being built at the same time, I asked them to wait until pool was complete. Once contacted, they made changes to their schedule to accommodate me so that pool is fenced and secured quickly. The install was completed in 2.5 days. It looked great. The stain was done about 2 months later. I am very happy with the total quality and professionalism.

Disappointed in the quality of the lumber. Would have expected that the removal/haul away old fence included excessive dirt left from post holes.

Dave was very responsive to emails and calls. When his two workers arrived right on time, they worked diligently the entire day. The attention to detail by these two gentlemen was amazing. They cleaned up and hauled off the old fence and we were left with a beautiful new fence, including two decorative gates. Eric completed the staining. There was a minor issue with some trim work but Dave had this addressed and corrected immediately. He stands behind his 10 yr warrantee on workmanship of the new fence. Pablo and his crew were excellent. They paid attention to the finest detail both in removing the existing fence and constructing the new fence while keeping the plants and pool equipment in my yard safe. The site was left clean each evening before they left. Pablo is an artist in the fine details of finishing a fence. The covered posts and trim gives the fence an elegant appearance. Dave, the owner of Cedar Creek Fences, did the final inspection to ensure that I was completely satisfied. The cost of the fence was in line with other estimates I had been given. I would use them again if I had another need to have a fence built.

Overall experience was very good with Dave and CCF. I got 3 quotes and this was not only cheapest, but communication back and forth with Dave was excellent. I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered them, with very clear, itemized pricing and timelines. Dave worked with me on last minute additions (doggy window, upgraded motor) as well as promotional pricing which I appreciated. The install of a >180 ft fence and sliding gate took 5 days, and the end product is quality. I receive many compliments from neighbors. One thing to note is that CCF does post-install staining, as opposed to pre-install staining. It seems like most companies do pre-install (meaning they stain at their factory and install) but Dave explained that he wants the raw wood to be installed and then subjected to weather (sun) to really dry them out - a step which other companies skip. Makes wood last longer. I was worried about the post-install stain getting overspray and onto the metal posts, but the end result looked perfect - still don't quite understand how clean it looked. Would definitely use CCF again, should I need a new fence, but I think this one will last quite some time.

It's been a little over two years since we had our fence constructed by Cedar Creek Fences. I actually thought my wife had written a review but decided to myself when I learned she didn't. I must say that I highly recommend this company. They were very professional and the crew worked really hard. They produce an outstanding product. My fence looks the best in the neighborhood. Two years removed from installation and absolutely no issues or complaints. Dave was always courteous and responded to my texts promptly. You won't go wrong hiring this company.

My wife and I solicited bids from five highly rated companies in the Frisco/Plano/McKinney area. Dave was the first individual to respond to our estimate request, and he scoped the project / provided a high level estimate within hours by looking at an aerial view of our property. The price point was within our range, and Dave came to our house to ensure his understanding of our project was clear, and also offer suggestions/thoughts for our consideration. Even before selecting him as the vendor, we probably had 25 e-mails back and forth between the two of us. He was responsive, and most importantly, took the time to ensure every question we had of him was answered to our satisfaction. We ultimately selected Cedar Creek Fences to complete the job, at which point Dave turned the project over to his crew lead by Pablo. Pablo was exceptional to work with as well, and kept me updated every day of the project with how the day went and what to expect next. The fence and telescoping driveway gate took about five days to complete, and the product was stained about 30 days later. Cedar Creek Fences is not the cheapest builder, but by far the best value for the quality of the product. We have received several compliments from neighbors in the development. But to be honest, Dave's communication skills is what sold this project. Only one of the other four companies even bothered to follow up after the bid. Hire him with confidence.
