Burton & Son Carpet Cleaning

Contracted through a Groupon; supposedly $50 for $110 of service. Did not move coffee table, (light) armchair or (light) dining table, as stated on website "Light furniture moving". Did not discuss need for grooming for even drying as stated on website. Did not do any post inspection as stated on the website. Despite no issues between us, the guy left the apartment I presumed to empty his cleaner, but never came back. I was going to ask about the lack of any pads under the coffee & dining table due to the wet carpet. So I have not even signed something saying the job was completed. Not good service at all. Would never use again or recommend and would have been real mad if I'd paid the $110! Thank you Groupon.

I found them through Groupon and was somewhat disappointed with their work. The job was mediocre; they did not move any furniture that they said they would and did not remove the stains that I paid extra for. They were not very responsive and their communication was not good; I had to call them multiple times. They were several hours late for the appointment and my advice to others is to let the buyer beware; they may not get a quality carpet cleaning. I will not use them again in the future.
