BOB OLDHAM

We contracted with Bob Oldham on November the 1st of 2006 and paid half down (1037.50). He stated the job would take approximately one week. His worker tore out the bricks propped our porch overhang on 2 bricks and left. We did not see him again for over a month. It has now been five months the project remains almost the same as it did when they removed the bricks. We have made repeated calls to Mr. Oldham with multiple excuses. It has been a hazard to our children not to mention unusable for 5 months. We are going to have to find someone else to complete the work and feel that for what was performed we have paid far too much.

Bob did a great job on all the projects and was very reasonable on pricing and terms. He is pretty busy and only one person, so took quite a while to get him over after he gave his estimate, but once he got on the job, he did great. I would highly recommend Bob, although you need to be patient because he is in demand.

THE WORK WAS DONE VERY WELL AND WITHIN THE PRICE QUOTED. BOB TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK, I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN WITHOUT QUESTION.

BOB WAS A VERY NICE MAN. HE WAS VERY COMPETENT AS HE HAD TO PIECE TOGETHER A STONE POSTAL STAND THAT HAD BEEN HIT BY A CAR. HE PUT ALL OF THE 'PUZZLE PIECES' BACK TOGETHER BEAUTIFULLY AND QUICKLY.
