 + -1 moreJavier provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. Costs were extremely reasonable. He removed and disposed of our old blinds and the installation was flawless. The quality of the wood shutters is excellent.

 + -1 moreHe told me he would do the repair and I never heard from him again.
Description of Work: I needed a plantation shuttered repaired. Mr Lopez came out in October, took all the necessary information and told me it would probably be at least 6 weeks. I NEVER heard back from him and have tried to reach him, left messages, etc. He has never responded. If he was not going to do my rather small job, I wish he would have just told me he was not interested instead of giving me the impression that my problem would be taken care of. Now I am back to square one. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

 + -1 moreHe did a great job, the price was right and the workmanship got my pleated shades back to new. He did the work at my home, was punctual and did the job in a timely manner. He is a very personable guy. I will definitely call him again if another repair is needed. I additionally will be ordering some new shades for a couple of new windows once my remodel is complete and I will definitely call Javier. Thanks so much Javier!

He installed an automatic motor and showed me and my wife how to use it. He cleaned up after he finished working. Overall great experience and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to get Window treatments. A+++
