Description of Work: The only reason I am giving Joplin a B is because they made me wait a WEEK in the heat before they came out! We have used Joplin exclusively since we purchased our house (18 yrs) and have always been happy with their service. I still am happy with their service....I'm just upset because it didn't even feel like they tried to get me in any earlier, even after I told the lady on the phone that we have been a continuing customer. I didn't want to have someone new work on the system, so we waited -- but next time, I probably won't.

We do sincerely apologize and regret the delay you had to experience. We have been experiencing a tremendous influx of calls (once it finally quit raining and warmed up), and have had to operate in "triage mode". Top priority had to be our existing customers with only one a/c in their home, poor health, and are completely without. Otherwise, we were only accepting our existing customers - no new ones. We value the trust you placed in us and want to do all we can to keep it, while making sure that no one dies from the heat, including our technicians that are working 14 hour days, 6 days a week. It's just a difficult time, and again I want to apologize to you and reassure you that you DO matter to us. Thank you for your patience.

I do apologize if there was a misunderstanding when scheduling your service. We gladly give free estimates for a technical advisor to come to your home and give a thorough analysis and estimate with options for equipment replacement. We do have a minimum charge to send a service technician (fully licensed, trained, in a van full of tools and parts), and that minumum charge does include the first half hour of service time. We do appreciate your business and regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred.

Very proffesional and polite.
Description of Work: The problem was that I used a hypo-allergenic filter and it was blocking the airflow. Since he had to charge me for the service call he went ahead and checled everything else and made some minor adjustments.

Everything went as expected.
