Jake knows his stuff, cares about the quality of his work and his customers, and deals honestly with people. He also goes above and beyond such as coming out to restore heat after one of the ice storms that come through the DFW area. Jake was AWESOME! Upfront honest after an inspection of our AC unit. Now we were prepared we were needing a new unit since ours was so old. Jame was great in giving us the best option for us, for comfortability but also affordability. Never made it about him, but used his experience to give us some options what works best for our needs.
His team he hired to install the unit were exceptional, as we were given an 8 hr window to complete install and they had it done in 4-5 hrs tops. He was great when we had questions, he was kind to answer them all, my wife being a bit anxious, he was patient to make her feel comfortable.
Customer service was excellent ad we had some minor cleaning I couldn't attempt to do and he was kind enough on memorial day to make a trip to clear out some lines and water for us. Definitely recommend Jake and Best Neighbors, to anyone seeking an honest assessment for what they need and can afford.

Jake is knowledgeable and trustworthy about all things A/C. He helped me quickly and inexpensively diagnose a condensation issue. He gave me the simplest solution to my problem and sent me pictures to illustrate what needed to be done to fix it. Highly recommend!

All our pricing is upfront and direct. You'll never be asked to pay any overtime or additional fees beyond quoted work. We will deliver all your options to you with upfront pricing. You will receive at a minimum two options one for required repairs and one for recommended repairs. With either option, you will know the pricing right away.
If you sign an estimate with us you will not be asked for another cent to complete the project.
We are TIMELY
Your time must be respected. If we do not make your appointment window you will not pay the service fee.
