Description of Work: I got the 2-hour handyman special and Patrick was both professional and personable. So much so, that I hired him to also replace our wooden staircase balusters with wrought iron ones. He did an excellent job, worked fast and keep the cost down by finding the materials at very reasonable prices. I am very pleased with how it turned out and look forward to using him on other projects.

Overall things went really well. The work that was completed was done beyond my expectations. The house is beautiful!
Description of Work: Remove and replaced brick and the inadequate lintel on our garage, patch sheet rock and texture, replace rotten wood and paint the replaced wood to match the existing.
