 + -1 moreWhen they came out they showed me a few things I could do how to protect my Air conditioner from freezing up. For example, keeping the sides free of leaves and grass. They worked fast, saving me time, and they explained things so I could understand. On my heater, I had to have a part ordered and they found a way to get it delivered faster . In the past I have had other companies (to remain nameless) work on my AC and they were LATE, and left tools at the house. So when I found Arctic Air Heating and Cooling, I was worried. Needless to say. They were more than professional. They exceeded my expectations. I have used them a few times, and would not use any one else.
Description of Work: Fixed both my Air conditioner and my heater. With the weather so HOT I needed it fixed fast, and I did not want to pay an arm and a leg to get it. Not only were they FAST, but they were also helpful in educating me on things I could do myself to save money in the future. Talk about your great service.
