All My Sons Moving & Storage

Good quick moving took about 5-6 hours to load and unload. They wrapped all the furniture appliances. They were polite, respectful and had good communication with us.

Timothy, DJ Brooks and Chris were great! They worked fast and made sure my stuff was well protected. They were also easy to work with and very friendly.

They were nice but they broke our TV. Liability covers like 10% of the value because it is a flat screen and it goes by weight of the damaged item. This move just doubled in price. Also cost more than $80 for a bit of tape, borrow some blankets, and a mattress cover. Not cool.

Run the other way!

Took way too long for 3 men and several things damaged.....but I have to say they were very nice guys but almost twice as costly as previous movers.

Patrick and Demarcus did a terrific job, very efficient.

If I could give zero stars I would. Damaged multiple items and broke a picture and left the glass in the street for me to clean up. Left a dresser UPSIDE down for me to figure out how to get it upright on my own. Damaged my new bed frame, bookshelf, and China containers. Agree with other reviews in regards to the fees that are not communicated prior to the move. Basically holding you hostage with your things. (They told her to fill out a form with her credit card information because their credit card reader was down) I received the same story from AMS so I preventively called my bank and had my credit card number changed. I called the office the same day to complain and all I got was we are gonna send you an email for our claims department and someone from our customer cares department will call you. It has been a week and have not heard a thing. I was deceived when I thought that the official movers were going to be a reputable company. Avoid this professional moving company at all costs.

Doug, Luke and Sam helped with our local move. Our family experience with this company was excellent. Doug confirmed and followed up to be sure our move was handled properly. Luke and Sam were on time as scheduled and carefully packed and handled our belongings. I would use My Sons Moving and Storage again and would recommend them to my to friends.

they been very good

The guys sent over were hard working. A lamp had it's glass shade broken, my camping grille had a deep gash in it... they lost control of the dryer and it went tumbling. I was extremely concerned about my bezel-less 75" TV. Though they did seem to wrap it up, it's one of those where you shouldn't pinch near the bezels. I won't be able to determine if that has any damage until after I get it out of storage (probably 6 months from now)...and by then...what can I do?

Scheduled with Jared, took care of us from the point of meet to after completion. Everybody we interacted with from this location was transparent and helpful and my family and I would not look in any other direction when it comes to moving needs.

The movers are very professional and seemed very experienced moving heavy objects. The company stayed in touch days prior to the move and made sure everything went smoothly up until the movers completed move in. They made moving less stressful for me and my boyfriend. I would use them again in the future.
