Run! Do not use this company!!! I recently left a 5 star review based on the actual movers! They were amazing. The customer service team is where they fall short. When I first called I spoke with a young lady who was very sweet. It was solely because of her that I chose this company. The Thursday before my move date I received a call from AMS to go over the details of my move. He advised of things that I wasn’t aware of. I expressed my frustration and he understood and offered me a $50 credit and would not charge me for fuel. I probably should have run, but he was trying to make it right and I can appreciate that. However, after I paid them what was quoted, I realized that they still kept my deposit. I called and spoke with Greg, who advised that they charged me $115 for moving supplies. I advised him that the only thing I used was a box and that I had purchased my own wrap, tape, and mattress pad. I told him that I could send him a copy of receipts if he’d like. He declined and told me that he would get the $100 refunded but to allow him time and he would call back. A week later and no reply. I called today and spoke with Caleb “the so-called manager” who advised that I wasn’t getting a refund and that I should have paid for gas. I tried to explain what happened previously and that I wasn’t supposed to pay for fuel but he literally refused to listen. So they charged me for supplies to make up for the discounts that was promised. The only problem is that I didn’t use their supplies. He basically told me to dispute it through my bank because he wasn’t giving me a refund. Unprofessionalism at its finest. Any business who would like to know what not to do in customer service should have him teach the class

I If I could give no stars I would. We paid for a full service move. They carelessly threw our belongings into unlabeled boxes, severely scratched up our hardwood floors and broke several items. Before we left I requested our refrigerator to be moved first as I needed to make sure my 11 month old sons milk didn’t go bad. They moved it in last. Additionally, they didn’t know what was in boxes since the boxes were not labeled. Throughout the process they did all they could to do the least amount of work, leaving the majority of the boxes on the first floor. Lastly, they lost a specialty screw to our refrigerator and installed it just so it would close and they could get out. However, it was not functional. It wont open and close and is now scratched up from rubbing on the freezer door. When we contacted our sales rep, Jared, at All My Sons he told us we would hear back from their operations department, but we never did. When we pressed them they finally sent a repairman...to the address we moved out of! After that he said WE would incur the cost of that & told my husband, “we are done with you.” They brag about being the official movers of the Dallas Cowboys but treat disabled veterans like THIS. Avoid at all costs.

IT WAS AWFUL....THEY BROKE MULTIPLE PIECES OF MY FURNISHINGS...ONE OF WHICH WAS AN ANTIQUE LAMP, WHICH IS IRREPLACEABLE. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. FIRST WORDS OUT OF THE MOVER'S MOUTH WAS, "We are like restaurant workers...we really like tips." I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THEN AND THERE. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH BOTH CHRIS AND CALEB THERE...WAITING ON SOME SORT OF RESTITUTION. THEY WANTED TO TACK ON EXTRA TIME, BECAUSE, "everything didn't fit" FOR ONE TRIP, AND PIERSON (LEAD) SAID HE WASN'T GONNA BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING BREAKING IF HE "HAD" TO OVERPACK THE TRUCK....AWFUL ALL THE WAY AROUND....WE WILL SEE IF THEY EVEN CALL ME BACK....DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID.

Do not use all my Sons moving, Use anyone else: The only thing that went well was talking to “Phil” Who took my phone call, listen to all the details of what I needed, and assured me that “we have professional movers who do this all the time, this will be no problem for them“. I set the reservation for Friday, September 3, 2020 with a showup time of “11 AM-1:00PM”. I was quoted $343 for two super experienced movers, the truck, fuel, and the two hour minimum. Failure #1: I received a phone call on September 3, 2020 at about 7:45 AM, from the mover himself telling me he was on his way to pick up the bed and should arrive around 8:00 AM. I told him I was promised an 11 o’clock-1 o’clock show up time and was working, and that no one would be at the pick up location until the scheduled time of 11:00 AM. The driver, “Luke“, said no problem, he will go pick up some tools and meet me at the pick up address at 11:00 AM. Not long after, I was called by “Doug“ who described himself as the operations manager, who said they need to come at 8:00 AM, or they would not be able to come until a later window of “11AM-4PM. Doug said because I did not answer the phone when he called to verify the details, that this is all they could do for me. I asked him about the reservation that Phil set up with me and his response was, “Phil is just a sales person, and he doesn’t know anything about our operational schedule or commitments. “What’s it going to be?“ Was Doug‘s comment and question to me. I called the owner of the building and he agreed to meet earlier than planned, and I disrupted my work schedule in order to make the pick up work by 9:00 AM. Failure #2: The first thing I discovered upon the arrival of the movers? “Luke“ told me he just started this job recently and that he is not a “mover“, but he was sure we can figure everything out. This was his response when I asked him if he has moved a lot of Murphy beds and if he has a lot of experience doing this? He said, “nope, this is the first time, but we can handle it“. Obviously, this is not a super experienced professional mover, and therefore everything will take longer than promised. Failure #3: upon arrival at my house, the movers asked for me to give payment before unloading the furniture. I agreed and was handed a payment demand for $697. This was over double the original quote, and the explanation was, it is going to take a lot longer to get the Murphy bed upstairs into the bedroom. Again, these were not experienced movers, and “Luke“ said many times, “we are going to have to think about this… We are going to have to figure something out…“. All my sons movers did not send me professional movers with experience and efficiency, they sent me someone they had just recently hired who is going to figure out how to do everything at my expense. I want to make sure you understand this, “Luke and Sam“ the team who came to move this Murphy bed, were awesome, polite, and did everything they could to make the move a success, however they had no experience moving and therefore took a lot longer than a “super professional experienced mover“ would’ve taken. Failure #4: I refuse to pay the nearly $700 because it was over twice the original quote, I was not sent experienced movers, and this high amount was justified because of how difficult it was going to be to complete it and therefore how much additional time would be required. Luke called Doug, and told him I had questions about the bill, at which time I spoke directly to Doug at the time of the unload. I reviewed my objection with him the cost , I told him about all the details about the move that Phil considered when he gave me the quote, and I asked Doug why he thought I should pay all of the extra time that is mostly explained by the inexperience of the moving crew that he sent to perform this simple job. Doug said, “if I had answered the phone when they called to confirm my move the day before, then we would not be having this conversation“. I asked him if I had ended my business meeting to take his call, what would be different? Would a more experienced crew have been assigned, would you have told me that the original reservation window at 11 to 1 would have been honored as Phil promised? I already paid a $100 deposit to secure my reservation, and yet Doug said nothing was secured because I failed to answer his phone call in the middle of my business day. I told Doug that his company needs to honor the reservation that was made with Phil and the time slot that I was promised need to be respected. Doug‘s response was, “since you didn’t answer your phone, you’re lucky we are even helping you at all“. Failure #5: after this treatment Doug, I instructed the movers to not do any relocation of the bed into the bedroom, but to simply offload it into my downstairs living room. This allowed them to 100% complete the move within the two hour minimum that had been originally quoted to me at “$343“. Luke spoke to Doug, and then Luke presented me with the bill for $393, $50 higher than what I was quoted by Phil for the two hour minimum. Even though the move was now completing within the two hour window, they increased the cost by $50, and I am now a hostage if I want to get my furniture off of their truck. I had a first class experience with Phil, in originally contacting and making the reservation and securing it with the $100 deposit. The moving team that was sent to disassemble, move, and reassemble the Murphy bed was not experienced, however they were great guys and I have no objection with them except to say that I would be forced to pay for their inexperience because a routine move would take much longer than it takes for an experienced, professional mover who have done this many many many times“. I had a horrible experience with Doug, who both invalidated the legitimacy of the quote for the amount, the pick up time, and the two hour minimum, who went so far as to say that I was lucky that they were even helping me at all. Doug did not respect original quote, he did not respect that my $100 deposit to secure the reservation at the time and price agreed-upon, and in the end he increased the cost of the move by $50 over the agreed-upon to our minimum cost of around $340. This is a terrible way to do business, and I will repeat this review on as many sites as necessary to let all my Sons moving know they cannot mistreat customers, not honor agreements, and so rudely say the customer is lucky to be served by them while at the same time being overcharged and mistreated.

An agreement was made with Zack as agent for All My Sons on 2 March 2020 to move household furniture and goods from Dallas TX to El Paso TX. The quote was $9,762.52. At that time, a deposit of $3,000 was approved. On 22 March, All My Sons came to pack up the household goods and, at the end of the day, another $3,000 was approved. Our understanding was this was another installment toward the final payment. The next day, on 23 March, the trucks arrived, last packing was done, and the trucks were loaded. The supervisor on-sight at the house wanted another payment of $7,696.05, bringing the total to date to $13,696.05. This last payment was not approved and a call to the office ensued. Zack was not available, so I spoke with Chris and expressed my concerns. The charges already exceeded the quote by more than $4,000 and the goods and furniture still had to be transported to El Paso and unloaded at that house. Chris started to take a look at it and said that the calculations looked incorrect but he would need a day or two to figure it out. He said he would call me back with the correct amount before the goods were unloaded in El Paso. He never called me back. The furniture was delivered and unloaded in El Paso on the agreed date. When they were finished, the on-site supervisor wanted approval to charge us again, (sorry, we don't remember the amount - no printed documentation was provided) but he was told that was incorrect and that we were not going to pay any more than $10,000 and did not approve the charges for that day. The supervisor advised that the computer was always wrong and that the final amount would be resolved. The supervisor then asked to have on-line documents signed to verify the labor time so that, I assume, he could get his crew paid. No communication from All My Sons from this point on. In setting up my on-line payment with my credit card bank for the bill closing at the beginning of April, I noticed that there was a pending charge for $7,696.05. I called bank and spoke with one of their representatives. She took down my concerns but told me that the charge could not be disputed while it was pending. A few days later, I noticed that the charge was no longer in my account and, I assumed that it had been withdrawn. It later showed up and that is when I flagged it as a dispute. Still no communication from All My Sons. I called about 2 weeks later to follow up on 4 folding card-table chairs that were not supposed to be moved which they promised they would return when the trucks were back in Dallas. I spoke with Chris again and he had no update on the charges. Instead, he transferred me to Claims, which couldn’t do anything about the charges. A few days later we spoke with someone at All My Sons (Caleb or Gabriel, not sure about the name) to discuss the charges and advised him that we believed the maximum amount of the charges should not exceed $10,000. Please note that the only paperwork we ever received was the original quote. Everything else was on-line documentation. In the meantime, like the card-table chairs, we are finding a lot of items that were not supposed to be moved but were, in fact, loaded and transported to El Paso as well as items that were supposed to be moved but were not. We are racking up UPS bills shipping these items back and forth. The missing card-table chairs and any other missing or damaged items are being handled as part of our claims to All My Sons. One more item of note, assembling the bed upon arrival at the house in El Paso was not done because they could not find the parts/hardware to the bed. This service was part of the agreement. Since then, the parts have been found and the bed assembled without any assistance from All My Sons. We don’t understand why the parts were not kept with the bed so it could be assembled the day it was delivered. We were advised the packing, loading, and unloading crews would follow safe practices wearing gloves, face masks, etc., however, none of this was done. The quote promised 5 men to pack, load, and unload; however, they only sent 4 for each task, respectively. We have another move pending but, I assure you, that we won't be using All My Sons. Edit: The original review was written in April and is included on this site. Since then, we have had the opportunity to completely go through every box and carton that were packed on 23 March at the house in Dallas and delivered to the house in El Paso. Missing were the following items: XBOX and wireless remote, Apple TV 4K and wireless remote, Amazon Plus module, Amazon Echo, Samsung DVD player, Canon EOS Mark 2 camera, and 4 bridge table folding chairs. I will let the reader surmise what happened to these items. Delivered but broken or needing repair were a serving platter, pink depression soda glass, a grandfather clock, and an armoire. As a result, I have lowered my rating from D to F

Horrible! We were told someone would arrive between 7:30-9:30am and no one showed up until 4pm! Then they LITERALLY moved out one or two box at a time on a dolly! We had everything packed and ready to go, so what should have taken 2 hours TOPS, took from 4pm to 10pm on one day and then they left without telling us (with our stuff in their truck) and returned the following morning and took another 3 hours from 9:30am to 12:30pm!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

I would not recommend even to someone I hate as these guys rip off and deliberately delay for more hours. To move stuff in my 2 bedroom apartment they took 5 hours and charged almost $900 for a distance of 1.5 Mile. The bill had Fuel Charge and Travel charge which was $108 and $119 which is insane and was not in estimate email I got. I would love if someone sue these guys. I would recommend someone who is transparent.

Do not use them, They came without mattress bags and no furniture pads. They tried to use blankets after telling me I had to pay a $20 deposit on each blanket they used. They packed improperly with no packing, used wrong thickness boxes for all kitchen dishes, damaged two end table legs by setting them up on end with marble tops and the weight on two legs broke at the mounting point. They damaged bedroom furniture by not covering them and dragging them across the floor causing chips and concrete burns. They took almost 3 hours for lunch and did not finish until 1am due to no organization. We had 2 sets of golf clubs stolen plus TV sound bar so far and they lost two sets of bed hardware. They charged us more due to their slow poor packing when we had a not to exceed quote. They tried to charge more and second move from storage and promised me a more experience crew. Due to poor packing the second crew had to repack and they tried to charge additional for that as well. My new neighbor had the same exact experience as I and two other people I ran into at the hardware store had the same as well. I used them since they came up s one of the top 3 on Angies list after the fact I read on other web sited thy had a number 1 star rating with the same experience as I had. Please do not use them. If you complain about damage they refer you to their claims contractor who only accepts claims after 3 days so I missed the window as I had a two story 3800 sq house. Please stay away.

Several things are missing. One was an end table my grandfather had made over 100 years ago. They found it and said they would deliver it the next day on Saturday. They brought it on Monday badly damaged. Other items have not shown up. Many items were severely damaged including the lid to my washing machine, which apparently broke off because the hinges are missing. It will not work without them. Five items of furniture were damaged in a one-mile move. I have moved across the country numerous times and have never experienced anything like this. Also, I was told it would cost about $450. They charged $888. Plus they told me they expected a tip. I've never heard of tipping movers. One of the 3 men wasn't around when I gave out the tips. I gave his share to one of the others to give to him. 20 minutes later he showed up and asked if I gave out tips. The other mover who had his share had told him I had not given any....LIARS, THIEVES, AND INCOMPETENT!!!!

I had several people come out to give bids and they were the lowest. However, they underestimated the time and my final bill was $3000 higher than what they originally estimated. So, the issue is they underestimate to get your business, but then they go over.
