Tree specialist came out and assessed condition of trees. One had a lot of brown leaves, which he diagnosed as lack of water. He recommended watering needs and chemical treatment, and provided estimate for treatment and pruning. A few days later, tree trimming crew removed dead wood, raising the canopy on the 3 trees, and then performed a very thorough clean up of removed branches. This portion of the work cost $268. Two days after that, another person came to treat trees, using a hose from truck and delivering treatment via metal pole to a depth of several feet in the ground. He applied the treatment in a circle around each of the 3 Magnolias and 2 Crepe Myrtle trees. The treatment was included (1) Aerification (to provide optimum nutrients for root and foliage), (2) Biopak (to improve soil structure and promote root growth with micronutrients), and (3) Systemic (for 85% of Borer and sucking pest control). This work cost $291. All the companies representatives were very professional and knowledgeable. The service includes 2 arborist visits back to assess the health of the trees. While the arborist follow up visits have not occurred, I would recommend this company based on services delivered to date.

The service team arrived on time, were very professional and efficient. They even cleaned up an area to the side of my house where I had accumulated a pile of limbs and branches from my own "trim work"

Frank and his crew were here when they said they would be. ? They lsft the limbshat were suitable to be used in my wood burning stove and even cut the limbs into lengths suitable for use in my small stove at no additional charge, I was very pleased. with the whole process

We have a large Japanese Maple in a prominent position in our back yard that has had tip die-back and burned leaves due to the heat and drought. We brought in Advanced Tree & Shrub because they advertised that they specialize in saving trees. The arborist came out and examined the tree and recommended a course of action based on the size, condition and location of the tree. He told us what it would cost and what we could expect. He was thorough and honest. A tree technician came out this morning and performed the prescribed treatment on the tree. Again, we had a very professional and courteous service experience.

I was pleased with the results and impressed at how quickly they did their job.

We have 5 acres. Advanced Tree & Shrub Care has done work for two others on our street. Our neighbors were very pleased with them. I called last week for an estimate and they came out the next day. It was somewhat complex so when I got it back formally in email and called with questions, David, the arborist, actually came back out and walked the property with me so that we were both clear on expectations. That was Friday. Today is Monday and their crew of 3 arrived promptly at 7:30 this morning and worked all day. They were very nice, neat, well groomed, had G-rated conversations, didn't leave lunch trash on my property, spoke English and were quite knowledgeable. We prefer conservative structural pruning and that is EXACTLY what we got. They made only health-necessary cuts and did them cleanly on the tree. One tree had to be removed and the stump ground and we also had them apply injectable fertilizer. They even left us with a huge pile of shreddings (at our request) that we can let compost and use under our forest along the creek! While $2,200 is a large sum of money, we felt it was a good value for the professional services received. We would highly recommend them and use them again without question. They are on our A list. :-) Thank you, guys! If only all vendors worked with such pride and professionalism.

An arborist came to our home to look at a sick/dying pear tree in our backyard. He evaluated the condition of the tree and recommended that we have it aken down--which was our thought also. He said that their receptionist would contact us about someone coming by to do the work. They were very prompt. The tree was taken down without damaging anything in the flower bed surrounding the tree. We are very pleased with the work they did. The worker cleaned up the area and hauled away the debris so that after he left you would not ever guess there had been a tree there. We also thought the price was reasonable even after the initial first visit charge.

Great service. Seemed very knowledgeable. Trimmed many branches according to my requests, and provided feedback regarding the advisability of cutting certain branches. Cleaned up and shredded all cut branches using large mobile shredder. Did diagnosis of problems I was having with another tree, and provided recommendations on what I should do to resolve the problem. Also recommended that I remove mulch from the bases of several of my trees. Very friendly, and made certain that I was completely satisfied before they left. Price was fair and probably could have had more work done for the same price since I was charged their standard minimum service charge.

The Red Oak looks wonderful, and our lawn came back nicely once the tree was thinned properly. Removal of the trees and shrubs went smoothly. HOWEVER, the person who did the stump-grinding did not cover the windows, and the stumps were right up close to the house. We sustained damage to several of our window frames. I had made contact with the company immediately upon seeing the damage, and emailed photos of the damaged frames. A representative from the company came out to survey the damage, and I haven't heard from them since. Fortunately, no glass was broken and since they are the original, builder-grade windows, I did not pursue this. I wasn't certain what I expected from the company -- I did not expect the windows to be replaced; but I thought they may have had some suggestions for how to repair the window frames. The arborist was very professional and did a great job on our tree. I think the fact that the person who ground the stumps didn't cover the windows showed a total lack of professionalism. I don't honestly know if I would use this company again. I may use them for tree-thinning, but would re-think the other services.

Aborist, Dave came out to give estimate on removal of large limb hanging over part of our roof. The date to begin work was extremely important since October is a windy month and the limb had a large crack. I got a call the next day telling me that the work could be done today and I accepted. Two fellows came out and both were polite, mature and very professional. The first thing they did was to remove a large bird bath and several planters and other "yard art" away from the area where the limbs would be falling. I appreciated them doing that without me asking. Then they put on their protective gear which included eyeglasses, a helmet and harness. I was impressed with their work ethic. They cut down the cracked limb and then pruned the tree which had hundreds of small dead limbs. They worked for hours without stopping. They cleaned up the dead limbs and the yard was immaculate when they left. They did a beautiful job on the tree. We were so pleased. I definitely would use this company again and would give them great a reference.

We had a huge Bradford Pear tree that split down the middle and could not be saved. Rick came out to our house within two hours from my call to give an estimate. A few hours later a crew was at my house and removed the tree. We couldn't believe how quickly they serviced us. We were very impressed with how skilled and efficient the crew was. Not only were they at the house on time, but they weren't there that long. They cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell that a tree was ever there. They even thought to adjust the fence until someone could come and repair it. I was impressed from the moment I initially spoke with Rick and would not consider using another tree service. It was *that* good.

The person on the phone was pleasant and helpful. The estimator was nice, professional and helped me save money. The guys that came to cut the limb down were great. A cut above most people in the business. Very friendly and they cleaned up the place after their work.

The work was delayed due to weather but was completed professionally and looked good. The clean-up was excellent.. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

They are on time. They do a good job.

It has turned out very well. They have responded very quickly, immediately when we need something done. We were having our windows replaced and needed our shrubs cut back. They came and did it immediately. We had a dead limb in a tree that they cut out immediately. We have worked with them for three years feeding our trees and bushes. We had pecan trees that stopped having pecans but since they have been treating them they are producing pecans again. Everything has been excellent.

We have been customers for many years. They do good work. They are reliable. I think they do quality work.

Everything turned out fine. They did a nice job. They have ddone several swervcie for us in the past.

The estimator the company sent represented himself as a licensed arborist. However, the company informed me after the trees were cut down on August 26 the arborist had falsified his qualifications and incorrectly estimated my job. The stump removal was supposed to be scheduled within a week of the tree removal. However, they were unable to use their stump grinder for the job. The manager, Rich Peritore, and the owner, Rick Zampino, came to my home on several different occasions to determine how to remove the stumps. They determined special equipment would have to be rented to remove the stumps. However, rather than rent the equipment and complete my job in a timely manner they told me I would have to wait until they needed the special equipment for another job at which time they would remove my stumps. Therefore, I was forced to wait from August 26 to December 21 for the job to be completed. The trees and stumps are now satisfactorily removed but I was excessivley delayed and inconvenienced in the replanting of my new trees.

Advanced did a great job on the root barrier, and the trees look so much nicer after the Arborist pruned the trees. I was concerned because a large limb broke off of one of the Live Oaks during the last winter storm, but after the pruning the loss of the limb is not obvious.

TARA IS OBVIOUSLY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT TREE AND SHRUB CARE, AND VERY GOOD ABOUT SHARING IDEAS ON HOW TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH.

THE COMPANY DIAGNOSED A PROBLEM WITH OUR BRADFORD TREE AND TOLD US HOW TO GET RID OF THE BUGS THAT WERE KILLING IT. VERY HELPFUL.
