Great service from Lee, the arborist, and the entire crew. Price was affordable and well in line, when considering what needed to be done. Highly recommend.

Determined that oak that was dropping was suffering from drought. They gave us a good price on feeding all plants and shrubs. Wired large limb on another oak to prevent splitting off from trunk. All work was done professionally and at a reasonable cost. I would definitely us them again.

They were very professional at our home and the communication with them was difficult as we are still waiting on a follow-up call. They were good to work with when they were at our home.

They're excellent. The job last week was $1500, the week before was $1200 and a month ago was about $6500 for work on 3 different properties. They did everything that I asked, their owner was a super nice guy who came out and recommended stuff to me and followed through with what I wanted, they were very prompt, the bill was what they quoted me in advanced, their cleanup was very good and I would highly recommend them.

Discussed what he was going to do and then invited our inspection as he finished-- Two man team. Courteous, friendly and responsive to questions before during and after the work was completed. Team was prompt. Completed work in estimated time.

This company has superior communication via both e-mail and phone. Best customer service - even for this relatively "small job". Shrubs and trees look great and it is exactly as I wanted it to be despite the fact that all communication was completed via phone and we were not able to be home at the time of service or for estimate.

The arborist guided pruning of approx 30 trees to open up my backyard for additional sunlight and removal of diseased or broken limbs. I now have a beautiful canopy with clearance in the crowns. The large cedar elm in my front yard was pruned to reduce weight and hopefully eliminate any damage from future ice storms. Treatment with aerification and biopak was also applied to promote root growth and improve soil structure. All services were performed with professionalism and courtesy.

They sent a Certified Tree Arborist the same day as my message through Angies List, and assessed the Ice Storm damage as an emergency, due to the potential danger of major limbs falling on potential passers by. This was due to the Dec. 6th ice Storm in North Texas, when almost everyone suffered tree damage of some sort. They sent their crew the next day to remove the 5 limbs hanging on the large Red Oak in our front yard, some were barely hanging, yet broken, from about 35-40 ft high. They had many customers on a waiting list, due to volume, but were kind enough to assess the emergency of our situation due to the potential danger to others. They were very pleasant, extremely accommodating and efficient, and very fairly priced, I thought. I have used another tree service in the past, but Advanced Tree Service will be my provider for these needs in the future for pruning trees and shrubs, etc. Excellent, prompt service at a very reasonable price!

There were 2-3 person crew and it took about 3 hours. Overall they did a very nice job and I am happy with the work performed.The crew is knowledgeable and answered my questions related to pruning.

The tree expert was very knowledgeable in discussing what work he thought needed to be done. Ultimately, we did not select Advanced Tree & Shrub Care because the estimate was double that of another company that had also received high praise on Angie's List. However, I feel like the cheaper service didn't cover everything I talked about with Advanced Tree & Shrub Care, so perhaps the cost estimate Advanced provided was appropriate for a more thorough trimming service.

When they came out, they could have easily alarmed us about needing a lot of work, but they explained the issues to us. I liked that they explained everything and didn’t try to sell us services we didn’t need. I was very pleased they were willing to come out 6 months after their service.

Very prompt and knowledgeable. Arrived at promised time, provided an estimate and then returned to perform work. Very satisfied with their professional and competent work. Would definitely use them again.

They certainly were punctual! The arborist was waiting for me when I got home on the day the appointment was scheduled, to give me an estimate. (He was early.)The guys showed up a week early to do the job but it worked out fine. They did a quick and neat job and avoided damaging the sprinkler system! I was impressed. An expert arrived right on schedule and looked at the tree. He took some photos and said it might be Dutch Elm disease, but wanted to get some others at the office to take a look at the photos. Two days later they sent an e-mail with a different diagnosis and included a price for a treatment plan. The tree has a very odd shape, so we are considering if we should treat this one or replace it. No decision has been made yet. All the people were very nice to deal with.

They were very efficient, from initial contact to the follow up after the service was completed. The responsiveness and professionalism were far above average. You could tell they truly appreciated our business. I would definitely use them again.

I was referred to Advanced Tree by another tree service company when I told them one of my cedar elm trees needed to be treated for scale. I'm glad they did. First, they sent an arborist to inspect the trees and recommend a course of action. That was followed up by someone who did multiple injections into the trunk of the problem tree. Then they sent another crew to do the trimming of the cedar elms and removal of a magnolia tree that was planted way too close to the house. This crew spent at least two hours climbing, trimming, and thinning the two large cedar elms. These things now look fantastic and I'm sure are much healthier. These were professionals who knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. They removed the magnolia in a matter of a few minutes without disrupting anything around it. I would highly recommend Advanced Tree if you want the job done right as opposed to hiring hacks who will simply cut off the lower branches to raise the canopy.

The reason I did not give the company an "A" in all catagories is because they did not ask or even notify me they changed schedule. The issue was they came a few days early and did not notify me. I was not home but they began work when they arrived. They should have contacted me in advance to confirm it was ok. My neighbor was upset with me because they were having a party & had arranged for some guests to park at my house which they could not do because of the tree work. Also the chain saw noise disturbed the party. The work and cleanup was completed as promised. The company did allow me to divide the payment to help with the cost. And when they had to remind me the second payment was due, they were very nice. I would definitely use this company again.

I've used them quite a bit and they've been very good. They come in every single year and provide tree service. They do a nice job. We walk through with the arborist and figure out exactly what they need to do and it's usually the same stuff. They're not cheap but they're fair. They sometimes show up a little later than they said they would. When they show up, they're very good.

Company was punctual. Price was accurately quoted. Work was performed quickly and professionally. Work area was clean upon completion. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Foreman introduced himself and we walked the property. Equipment, trucks and saws etc. all looked in great shape. Crew worked hard the entire time. Clean-up was excellent. A field supervisor came by and introduced himself and was very personable and asked if we had any questions or problems to let him know.

They did a great job. They are reliable and know what they are doing. They were very reasonable on price for what we had done. They were very large trees. I liked everything about them. They are honest and they gave me what I wanted. I would use them again if I still lived there.
