Description of Work: Treesentials Annual Treatment and palm saver treatment

Description of Work: Trimmed large live oak and cut down two junipers.

Description of Work: They pruned tall trees in the backyard and removed one smaller tree in the yard. It went well, without any problems and they did a good job of cleaning up and removing the debris.

Description of Work: Advanced was one of three companies we contacted to trim our trees and remove two trees. The arborist we met with was fantastic! He was prompt and was an expert. He and his crew showed up to do the work and were here all day. They did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. We look forward to using Advanced again in the future for our tree maintenance.

Description of Work: The company sent someone out to check on some older pine trees that were dropping needles excessively. The Arborist knew what was wrong and what to do very quickly. Looked over other plantings and made recommendations. The person who came to do the work was very professional and worked quickly. Would definitely use this company in the future.

Description of Work: On the recommendation of a friend, I made an appointment thru Advanced Tree Service office for an Arborist to visual inspect a mature tree on my property. Arborist did not arrive at time of appointment as scheduled Called their office 30 minutes after scheduled time of appointment to verify appointment and expected time of arrival of arborist. Lady in office said she would need to contact and verify time of arrival . She called back 20 minutes later and said they would not be able to keep the appointment. Having taken time off from my employment for this appointment, obviously, this was not a good experience
