Description of Work: We purchased the '$49 for a Seasonal Heating OR A/C Tune-Up' offer through Angie's list, but we ended up just using it as a $49 credit for a service call when our heater stopped working one morning. They were very quick to set up an appointment and get someone out that morning. Unfortunately he couldn't figure out what was causing the problem because the heater fired right up once he got there, but he noticed a few issues with how the unit was vented so we plan to have them back out to correct the problem.
