AAA Air Service

Description of Work: 20 Pt A/C Svc, installed part for to help with the "hard start" of the unit. I feel like this $49 svc is just a way to upsell. He asked me if I wanted the part installed and said it would be 325. It took less than 5 minutes to install. I thought he meant $3.25 it was $325. He offered to take the part back off. If it can be installed and taken off in less than 15 minutes I believe that the price of $325.00 is a rip off. I looked online and I could have ordered and installed this part myself for less than a $90.00 You don't really know if they do the 20 pt tune up because no check list is given at that time. The technician arrived on time. He was dressed in a company shirt, shorts and flip flops. I was surprised that someone who comes to look at your air conditioner is in flip flops. The whole service was approximately 20 minutes. Can a thorough inspection be done.

Description of Work: Service call to evaluate my AC, which was broken (compressor, coil, and furnace all needed to be replaced in one shot). Overall I would say they are trustworthy and offer sound advice for how I could handle my problem. The service tech that came to my house was good, very knowledgeable, could have been a bit friendlier but that didn't change my opinion of their service. They offered a good price for what I needed, I ended up going with a different company because they gave me a steeper discount for being a returning customer. I would recommend AAA for anyone considering their services.

Description of Work: AC check seemed superficial. When I've had them done before I would receive diagnostic results but with this one all I got was 'everything is ok'. Technician was also wearing sandals the entire time.

Description of Work: The technician was very punctual however, I later had to call another company and was informed me my coils on one would need to be replaced as well as various other repairs. I was expecting the technician to locate any problem with units(3)

Description of Work: This vendor came in and assessed the A/C unit. After recommending that we needed to replace the outside unit (and the inside unit as well) - we were not sure whether to trust them or not. I know that you all have a policy on who can provide 'Super Deals', but i cannot, with a clear conscious say that they were 'GREAT'. Description of Work: The only thing the service person who came to my house wanted was for me to purchase a brand new system. My system is working fine and I did purchase the inspection coupon because I wanted to make sure I did not need Freon. His attitude worsen when I told him that I was not getting a new system. When the time comes for my system to be replaced, I will definitely go elsewhere.

Description of Work: Bought the deal to get a system inspection and up to 1lb freon. Pretty much turned into a sales attempt for an entire system. Spoke about options and aspects about the existing system, and everything turned into a buy/replace discussion, with little talk of maintenance or phased approach. | |Might be a good company if dealing with at "full price", but from a deals approach, it felt like it turned into a sales call within about 5 minutes.

Description of Work: Serviced 3 units quickly. Found minor issues with 2 and cut me a deal on parts in the interest of time.

Description of Work: Checked out the heating and air conditioning units. Found one coil outside that needed to be replaced so we did that. Very courteous and showed me what needed to be done. Helped fix the slide in for the filters. Would hire them again and would recommend them to others.
