Description of Work: We hired You've Got Maids to clean the house we sold after the movers emptied it. We wanted to leave it clean for the new buyer. We contracted with You've Got Maids for three hours of cleaning for $189 plus tax -- a total of like $275 with some extra time added on.

+ -1 moreOverall basic job was done. One person, possibly the lead person on the shift, was mostly standing around every time I walked into the room. The other lady worked very hard and diligently. The lead also did tasks that I did not ask for and time ran out for tasks I did request. No follow up phone call was made by owner to ensure service was satisfactory .
Description of Work: I asked for the bathrooms and floors to be done.

+ -1 moreThey did a terrible job the first time. I had to call You've Got Maids to come back. They left a lot of areas unclean, a lot of cobwebs in corners and along the ceiling, they didn't clean the vents, and they didn't clean the light fixtures. They said it was no problem and came back the next day but they still did a terrible job again. They were 30 minutes late and everything I asked them to fix they only fixed certain parts of it. It's not like they didn't clean or didn't do their job but they didn't do a $300 job. I wasn't going to ask them to come back our again if they couldn't get it right the first two times. I'll never use You've Got Maids again. I just paid them to get them out and got somebody else.
