The whole alarm system was poorly installed (we learned this after the new Company came in and checked) and that was why it was always sending faults. The company has poor billing policies in place like sending late bills over and over again and no way for you to talk to a supervisor. Now over a year later they can't even find a piece of paper .
Description of Work: We were referred to the so called Superior Alarms by our house insurance company in 2010. They came to our house in Brownsville and "replace" our security system after a house fire. For over 2 years the system never worked fine; wrong faults from windows all around the house. We will call and they will come over three weeks later (if we were lucky). Bills were mailed postdated (March) but dated from January and marked third notice when never send before. You call to inquire about billing and after talking to three or four employees with promises to fix it six months later same mistake again. Finally when we got tired of them and change to another Company we had to pay 324.79 dollars left from our contract and mail a "disconnection notice". Employee comes in to take equipment away ..badmouth our family ad told us never to contact them again. Now a year later they call us to let us know we never send the form and the balance left $163.00 will be waived if we send the form all of this written in a post it. Again lousy service....Never will recommend...
