Called in the morning and they came early afternoon. They had some problem with their equipment but improvised and got the job done. I will use them again if I some plumbing problems.

Electric water heater seemed not heat properly and the next heat more than needed. I called San Juan Plumbing about 9 AM and the plumber arrived within 3 hours. Plumber checked both coils and the thermostat. He determined that the coils and thermostat were operating correctly and that know repair was needed. Total charge was $75.00. I'm very happy with the responsiveness, work, and cost.

The lady that answered the phone took my name and number and told me that she would call me back. She called and told me that her crew was ready to come by the house. They arrived shortly after, unclogged the line, did a final check inside and left. Job done!

They were very punctual and professional. Had 5 odd jobs and they were done within an hour.Job sites were left very clean. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Called March 6, 2014. Hourly rate was given and an appointment was made. Arrive afternoon of March 7, 2014 as scheduled.Worker, Luis, was courteous and went right to work. Job was done quickly and area was cleaned.

We woke up to clogged toilets and water backing up into the shower. Called one plumber and got a recorded message saying they would try to get back within a couple hours and then called San Juan Plumbing. They were actually here within 15 minutes, found the problem and fixed it within another 20 min. Prompt, professional, courteous and efficient. We will definitely call them again if we ever need a plumber and would recommend them without hesitation.

The company sent out two plumbers and it took about a day and a half to get everything working again. They were both very professional and courteous. They kept us informed every step of the way and constantly provided us with options on how they could solve each problem and the associated cost. It was at times a very messy process (due to the nature of our problem) but they always cleaned up after themselves. They didn't bill us until a couple of days after the work was done to make sure everything was working properly and to our liking. A tad bit expensive, but I would highly recommend this company. We had a great experience.

.The man was amazing! I briefly explained the problems he went straight to work on them and was done in a matter of 20 minutes at the most. I was extremely surprised at the rapidness and professionalism of his work. He definitely new his business. I will definitely use him again.

Plumber came out at the right time, looked at the problem and fixed the faucet in short order.

I needed to replace a hot water heater and a kitchen faucet. The work was done in a timely fashion. In my humble opinion $220 to replace a hot water heater is outrageous. I had already purchased the hot water heater! The connection at the wall was too tall and rather than cut off the copper fitting and replace it with a copper fitting I got a jury rigged blend of pvc and copper. The flexible copper water lines were replaced with some other type of materials of lesser quality. Kitchen Faucet replacement went well.. Overall they work is satisfactory just not the level of quality I would expect for the money spent.

We used them several times actually. They unclogged the drain. They were very thorough and very quick. They were dependable and very knowledgeable. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

The company is very professional, courteous, and punctual. They did a great job, cleaned up the area and hauled away the old water heater. They were in and out in about an hour. I just didn't think the $180 labor charge (for two men) was appropriate.

I get about one pin-hole leak per year in the cold-water copper pipes in my house. After the last one in the garage ceiling caused some damage to the ceiling I decided to replace the whole cold water pipes in the attic and a few of the walls. The hot water pipes have never leaked; until the day the plumbers came! I got them off Angie's List, but they do not deserve the A rating 2 reviews in the list give them. They are a solid C. At one point removing the copper pipe they left a new tan water stain in the garage ceiling. They could be a bit more careful when removing pipe not to dump any water in the pipes in the ceiling. They ran the new pipe over everything else in the attic; it is quite a jumble up there. It could have been better organized. They accidentally disconnected a TV cable but I found it and reconnected it myself. But the worst was they had stepped on a hot water pipe at the joint separating it but did not notice until they turned the water on. It flooded my kitchen; exactly what I hoped to prevent by replacing the copper pipes! Luckily I was there to get multiple buckets and trash cans to contain streams of water coming from the ceiling and clean up the mess after-wards. It took them maybe 20 minutes to control it; too long I thought. If I had not been there the damage would have been much worse. It was a lot of work on my part containing the damage. It leaked all over and inside a China cabinet. They said they would pay for it but I had to argue with them to get $250 out of them. The final price paid reflects that discount. Some ceiling sheet-rock had to be replaced and the whole ceiling re-surfaced and painted. They put in some new lines to sinks but did not secure the valves coming out of the walls. I have yet to deal with that. Next, the RO system. The line to the refrigerator leaked; they fixed it later. Although the ice maker works, the water dispenser on the fridge does not. I don't know who to blame for that. The dishwasher installation went okay, cost $65 but they said they had to replace the garbage disposal; fine with me. One of the 2 garden faucets they installed outside leaked; they fixed it later. For the PEXa pipe job plus 2 faucets they quoted $1200 and used over 300 ft of pipe. They ended up charging me $1400 for a few extras; fine with me. In short, they had 3 leaks, one major, in these jobs. That is too much for professionals. I may use them again because I have yet to find a truly A-rated plumber here.

San Juan Plumbing has been to my house 3 times in the past six months. The repairs were professionally finished. Since they charge by the hour, the plumber wasted no time getting to work, didn't stand around talking, or suggesting expensive repairs, etc. I was very pleased each time I had them to my house. I have a bigger plumbing job that needs to be repaired, and I will not hestitate to call them.
