Arrived on time. had both valves replaced quickly only to find that one of the valves I had purchased from Lowes leaked. He went with me to get a replacement and suggested while there that I buy a set of new washer hoses for those which were 10 years old.
Re replaced one valve and still charged me 1/2 hour less than time actually spent on the call.
