Description of Work: If they send a guy named Mark, run. He is highly unreliable and will try to do the job on the side - off the books from his employer Rio. Rio may be a good company, but Mark who works for them runs a bit of a scam.

Description of Work: Hector changed out two stuck valves for the washing machine and accompanied me to Lowes to get a replacement for a defective valve I had bought previously. He cleaned the area he was working in and corrected some poor constuction work. Will recommend anytime to anyone who needs quality service at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Responded immediately to my call. Friendly. Informative. Explained the problem in detail and what he was doing to remedy it. Professional in his work. Completed in short amount of time. I was satisfied with his work and would not hesitate to call him again with any plumbing problem that I might have. I would highly recommend his services.

Description of Work: We asked him to fix a two toilets, one that had been running and the other than had been leaking from the pipe connected to the wall, plus a sink that had a tap that would not turn off. We had a urinal in a workshop that that ran and would not stop, and leaked. Danny, the owner-operator, had to make a run for parts and quickly fixed the problem. He had to take the urinal off the wall to fix it. He also cleaned out some drains running under a house to a septic field. The sink, which has been a problem on and off for years, started to run again a month later, and he immediately came and fixed it and did not charge for the return visit.
