Profamily fixed a hole in our porch roof. They were so fast, friendly, and super helpful. In the end, they didn’t charge us for their work because “they used our materials, were already in the neighborhood, and it didn’t take long to do.” I don’t know about you, but that kind of service and generosity is rare. I’m very satisfied, and I’m already looking at other projects they can do around my house.

When they did my quote, I was given to understand that it included my shed as well. When the job was done they didn't do the shed and the rep. claimed it wasn't included. The shed roof had the same damaged shingles, sits right next to the house, so of course it should have been included. In the company's defense, it was not their fault but their reps. mistake. They did, when confronted, agree to do the shed as well and for the same amount as the estimate. The job did string out for quite a while due to communication errors, but in the end, all was done as agreed. Like with most contractors, get your job "ALL" in writing, all priced out, and don't pay any amount "ahead" of completion. Oh, and demand all of the contract and payment invoices, receipts, and guarantee on paper, not sent to you via computer. Computers crash, wear out, and constantly lose data, so no! Paper is king, with signatures.

I Hired PROFAMILY Construction to install my roof and I can honestly say it was the fastest and best transaction from a construction company I have had from the time they gave me the estimate and finished with the whole installation. I was extremely frustrated. I just needed a small section of my 5 year old roof repaired because when the storm came through the lower valley several weeks ago it damaged some shingles on the north end of the roof. Several companies turned down the work because it was a "small " job. They were more interested in the big jobs, I guess. Or, the repair amount was so outrageous, I would have to take a second mortgage to pay it off. Then I met the Profamily representative. Right off the bat, I felt like Profamily was there to help me with the problem rather than just try and sell me a roof. They did the job better than I expected, and for that I referred my sister and brother to them. They both had new roofs installed.
