 + -1 moreEvery time I have called on Joe's Sprinklers they have (coincidentally or not) found something wrong with my back flow devices. Since I changed to using another tester, I have never had to change out any of my back flow devices nor their parts. I believe that Joe's Sprinklers will always find a way to up charge for his services by stating there is a problem with your back flow device when in fact there really is nothing wrong with it. Buyer be ware!

 + -1 moreOverall the work was completed and at reasonable price but if I didn't know any better Joe would have cleaned my wallet out, luckily I always do my research as you just don't know who you are going to call... I showed him that I replaced the main sprinkler valve box and about 7 heads so clearly I knew something about sprinklers but that didn't alert him when he quoted me an astronomical price to make my repairs. A control valve costs $20 at most, he quotes me around $120 each with labor, and for the leak $300! So all together about $560!!!!!!!!!!!! I ended up buying the parts and charging him hourly with all repairs $140 total. That's a big difference.
Description of Work: repaired 2 control valves and fixed leak near sprinkler head.

Description of Work: Checked our old sprinkler system for leaks and then we decided to put the sprinkler on it's own meter so that we could save money in the future. We knew it was not going to be a cheap fix but the city permits were much more costly than Joe's labor etc. Joe took care of all of the city coordination issues. I will be using Joe again in the future.

Description of Work: Greetings... I initially called Joe's Sprinkler system to perform a back flow test as required by our city ordinance. Work was done promptly and no work was required. I asked Joe to view my backyard and make recommendations to improve the watering coverage. Joe gave his expertise and made suggestions that I felt were reasonable to do. I was able to trust Joe with my garage remote entry key, and the work was done while I was away. Extensive work was done on a very hot day. He added another line to my sprinkler system and a couple heads. My water pressure has increased greatly and all my grass is being covered. I also liked that Joe was flexible in the way I made payment. He worked with me and had my interest in mind. My goal was achieved thanks to Joe's Sprinkler Systems of McAllen.

 + -1 moreOverall he is very good, he was not the cheapest but he did provide a service that surpast my expectation.
Description of Work: They installed a sprinkler system and also landscaped a house for me. They are very proffesional and walked me through the programing of the timer. They told it would take about 5 days and it actually took 4. Joe the owner is a very knowledgable person that knows his proffesion.
