Man showed up, did his job with excellent professionalism. Then I saw the bill.

I spent $598 for a 50-gallon water heater and installation. They did a really good job. I have worked with them before. I like them because I had called them several times with concerns over my water heater. Time and time again, they had told me that they did not want me to spend money on something I did not need to buy. The boss and his son told me the same thing. They even commented on certain parts that I put in, stating that I did not need those parts. They came in and out quickly. The workmen were very courteous and helpful. The father is the owner of the company. I told him that I wanted a particular model and he did the legwork for finding it for me. He did it very quickly, too. I think I could have got the work done at a cheaper price, though. They were held up, but that was okay with me. They are a very honorable and trustworthy company, which I like. I would use them again in the future.
