 + -1 moreIt went great. He was very patient. like I had mention earilier we worked with him for about a year and a half and never rused us. The one thing I really liked about Jerry was that he took us seriously. My husband and I are a young couple, 26 and 22, and he was the one realtor that didn't push us to the curve when we told them our price range , 220,000, and our age. He let us take our time and gave us great advice. He would always keep us posted on any new homes on the markets, changes and reductions on homes. He let us look at several homes, 50 +/-. and he never told us no. Works around your schedule and gives great advice. He has told us on a couple of home that it wasn't worth the investment due to to much work, etc. In the end we went down on our budget and found a great deal orginal price 240,00 and we got it for 160,000.
Description of Work: He was our real estate agent and a great one to. He did not rush us at all with our process. We were looking with him for about a year and a half and he didn't give up on us at all. He was always on the look out for new properties in our price range and always notified us of any reductions.

 + -1 moreHe is a good friend and has a lot of integrity. He puts a lot of extra work into the job and I will use him again in the future. He spends an unusual amount of time looking for ways to help you by doing open houses. He gives a lot of extra effort.
