We have contracted with this service since August 2012. At first they scheduled us to clean the pool every other week and check the chemicals every other week. We needed cleaning every week, but it took me several months and several tries to get that changed. It seems that have improved their office services, and every time I have called, they have been responsive, friendly and professional. It's their field services that are really spotty and unreliable, however. They have been sloppy and unprofessional, ranging from leaving the cover on the controller open to leaving granular chlorine spilled around the pump and/or pool skimmers. The most egregious was when I kept finding several chlorine tablet in the skimmer baskets every week. (Direct contact like that bubbles and degrades the baskets very quickly, and I doubt they will replace these for me free!) Then I realized the chlorine tower was offline entirely! It had been entirely disconnected from the pool lines and was sitting next to the pump. No one bothered to mention this to me. When I reported this to the office, they sent someone out to fix it - and of course, charged me for it. When the pool guy came this week, he walked in the yard, looked at the pool and left. He didn't even walk onto the pool deck. When we made inquiries, we were told that he thought we were back on the every other week schedule and he was checking chemicals. No, he was not. In order to check chems, you actually have to touch the water, which he did not. He came sometime Friday, so I checked the pool this morning. The pressure was on 30 (it's supposed to be on 9), the controller box was left open and there was loose chlorine around. So I backwashed the filter, but when I went to add the perlite (a safer D.E. alternative), the scoop was gone. So I'm pretty irritated. Although the office people are very sharp, the people who show up to do the work aren't. I need to have somebody I can trust. I don't want to feel that if I don't go check up after them every week, I am going to have some big problem that will mess up my equipment or pool surface, and I'll be paying big. It's time to look for a new service.

Met with Eden pools to get a quote for a pool. We haven't pulled the trigger on that yet but while they were here they noticed a large crack in the grout between the bricks on the front of my home and offered repair services. Their skilled staff knocked the job out in half a day for a reasonable price. Now my house looks good as new and I couldn't be happier. This quality work has made Eden my first call when we are ready to do a pool or landscaping project.

He was willing to work with us and design, rather than regular old pool. It took a long time.

The pressure was low on my filter, and I ran out of options for solving it myself, so I called to request a visit. Instead the gentleman took the time to explain some other reasons for the low pressure, and it was solved without them visiting and without spending a dime.

I returned from a job to find my pool all green and disgusting. I had spoken to another company, and they wanted $65 just to come to my home and do nothing. This company listened to me, stated they were going to come over, and see what needed to be done. after performing some simple tasks, I got an estimate which was amazingly cheaper than the quote from the other people just to come to my place. This man sent me a quote to my email, gave me an estimate, showed up at my home 4 times and I got a decent bill. They used the chemicals to clean and rid the pool of algae, and debris. I have a new pool company, I love the customer care, and I like that the follow up is so personal.

I discovered that my 13 yr old pool pump was not working the night of July 9 and I had a big party for the afternoon of July 11. I started calling different businesses the morning of July 10 and by the end of the day during a very busy time for pool repair services they had a new pump installed.
