Description of Work: I telephoned Chrissupport.net in Oct. 2012 and got voice mail. I left a message stating my name, telephone number, and the problem I was having with my computer. As of 12-7-2012, I have yet to hear back from Chrissupport.net.

Description of Work: Chris came in to complete my home network. I had my new house wired with cat 5. ATT made the outside connection. He came in and completed the job. Set up my wireless and wired network.

+ -1 moreA member of the computer club at my retirement park recommended that I call Chris. He came over the following day and had my computer running faster than it had ever run before in less than an hour's time. He also installed a free antivirus program for me while he was here. Chris is a very intelligent and polite young man. I have used a number of computer technicians, but Chris is definitely the best I have found.
Description of Work: My laptop computer kept freezing up. The CPU was running at 100% and when I could get it to run it would run at a crawl. Chris came to my home and repaired the computer in less than an hour.
