Chimely Construction

Everything went very well and looked really great. After about 6 months we started to notice problems with the laminate flooring. We called Mr. Chimely and asked if he could look at it. We have put our house up for sale and we need to get the floor repaired. Mr. Chimely said he would come on two separate occasions but he never showed up. We have had to hire someone to fix the floors. The spots that are causing problems have to be torn up and replaced. It is going to cost us $500 to fix this problem because the floor was put down too tight. We feel that Mr. Chimely has let us down. He should have shown up to at least to look at the problem.

The damaged material was removed and blowers with a humidifier was set up for three days. After this they came in and installed new laminate floors, sheet rock, and tile floors. The walls were painted, trim was painted and then they rebuilt the tile shower. It was a long process but the work was excellent. The men were very professional and Mr. Chimely stopped in to check on the work they were doing. He was very helpful with filing a claim with our homeowners insurance. He was able to get the insurance to pay for everything except our deductible. This alone was a very large job! As the work was being done the workers cleaned up after themselves. Nothing had to be done on our part. I would highly recommend this company.

Chimely Construction did an excellent job in remodeling my entire kitchen. New gorgeous cabinets with excellent details, granite counter tops, beautiful stained job. All workers were great at cleaning after every days work, and making sure that we were informed about everything they were doing made the job easier for us.

They were very quick, and I did not have any problems with them. Their prices were just higher.
