The guys arrived a few minutes early and were very professional. Packed everything in under an hour. After going to new house the unpacking process was equally as quick and the guys hooked up dryer and placed everything in the room it belonged in. Would definitely recommend to others.

Chaos's was very inexpensive and probably underbid the job. The movers were nice but extremely slow, both in loading and unloading.

Movers where fast but careful. Educating me on already existing damage before moving products. They were prefessional. I would use them again.

They where very friendly and worked quickly they had extra time before the hour was up and so they even offered to put things together or moved things around so that I wouldn't lose out on that extra time they were going to charge me for

The movers were prompt, professional, and polite. Went beyond expectations, took extra care disassembling and reassembling items, absolutely no damage.

They were reasonable. I have used them probably 10 times in the last 15 years and a couple of times I have got some great movers and sometimes I have got who are not so great but none of them were terrible. So it is really the luck of the draw because you don’t have control over whom you ask for, since when I had a great experience like in September I asked for the same people in March and they did not give them to me and the 2 guys I had weren’t so good. They were just okay. Actually the one in March was good and the one I had in September was not good. The March ones were on time, they could speak English and in the valley that is important since you often get some people whose English is much compromised and my Spanish is not good either. They wrapped things and did a very good job. The local movers are very reasonable.

For someone that needs to move something and they don't want to spend a lot of money, this company is great. They are very helpful.

The service from Chapa's Moving Service was great. The guys were awesome. They are reliable. They are quick. They were friendly. They got the job done. We used them in December of last year. We paid 1200 to 1500 for two big truck loads. I would rate them 'A' plus. They are very good on price. I would absolutely recommend them.

They showed up on time and had everything moved within the time frame I expected. I requested service and they were available the next day. There were no major issues and they were pretty close to what I expected to pay. They went the extra mile with some difficult pieces and were attentive to my requests. I'd recommend Chapa's Moving.

I looked up movers on Angie's list to find help moving a lift recliner to my house. I called Chapas from the seller's location to ask about pickup and delivery of the chair. They were able to fit us in the same afternoon. Two movers and the truck moved the chair across town, relocated the old chair, and helped set up the new chair. They were friendly, professional, and moved the furniture gently - without bumping corners or walls. It was worth the 2 hour minimum charge to have the chair ready for my dad to use within 3 hours of the purchase. Thanks Chapas.

This move went very well. Chapa's Moving Service moved all of the furniture and boxed items in our 2nd floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment into a 2 story apartment across town in 2 hours flat. They were very professional and prompt. We boxed our own items and disassembled the bed and mirror/dresser in order to have movers focus on moving items only. They were able to unpack all of the furniture and also setup the bed and dresser at the new apartment within the 2 hours as well. This was so worth the money ! I would recommend this company.

They were able to do it within a few hours. I used them for my mom too. My overall experience with them has been excellent. They did what they said they were going to do and it was what they said it would be.

They were fantastic in anyway. They probably still do the job because I have seen their trucks various times. I was very pleased with them in terms of handling of the furniture, in terms of responsiveness and getting the job done in timely manner. Whatever they did for me at that time, I was very happy. There was no damage to any of the property.

They packed counted and boxed everything. When they got it moved they did it all again. They placed everything where we wanted it.

Packing was slower than I had expected, and they misjudged size of container required to load entire contents of my household goods. , they had to send small amount that did not fit at a later date for a very small nominal fee. I was overall pleased with the service, price, courtesy and timeliness of this move, & as far as i know there are no broken nor missing items . This was my 9th home relocation so I have a good point of reference about this type of service provider.

They are good and offerdable and a fraction of the cost of the competitors. I opted out of them instead of the government contractors because I didn't have to wait and they were a fraction of the cost. They were efficient and very friendly.

I can't comment on their actual performance, only their responsiveness. As mentioned previously, they didn't return a call for about a month!

My first move with Chapa was 10 years ago, moving from storage to a townhouse with extremely tight spaces & sharp turns. Not a single ding on the walls and the workers were very fast and efficient. My second was 5 years ago and had to be done in increments... Chapa worked with me and really made the move as stress free as possible. My last was moving furniture & appliances to an apartment in central Texas, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They were professional and came on time. They took care of my stuffs and there was no damage. They also located things where I wanted. They worked with me and were very helpful. The owner of the company followed up and called to make sure that everything was alright. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.
