Mr Castro and crew did an outstanding job. I recently asked him to fix the trim on my dads home after he passed away suddenly. He not only fixed it but painted it to match other colors of home. Excellent excellent service. Could never thank Him enough.

I contacted this company for an estimate to repair or replace my roof. They were to send someone out to give me an estimate...no one showed up. A new appointment was set...cancelled. Finally the owner came out and looked at the roof. Told me he would give me two estimates, one to repair, one to replace roof. I was told I would receive the estimates within 2 days. After waiting 4 days, I called. Was told the estimate would be sent that day. Again, nothing. Finally, after calling a couple more times - during which I asked if they preferred not to make any estimates - I received the estimate for a new roof. I called again, to inquire about the estimate to repair. He said he wojld send it over, but it would be a couple days because he was too busy. The replacement estimate was too high. And by this time I had decided it would be foolish to hire this company. So I was no longer interested in the repair estimate. I did not call again and never received the estimate. If a company will not respond when you are trying to purchase from them, it is hard for me to believe they would respond if you ever had a problem after the purchase. I would never reccommend this company to anyone.

I found Castro Roofing to be very professional. The guys were prompt and very informative. I liked the fact that they took pictures of the roof before, during and after installation. We had gotten 2 other estimates....and Castro did come in with the lowest bid..but were the most professional company. We really feel we got what we paid for and would recommend this company to all.
