 + -1 moreThe completed work was very nice, we were quite pleased. Company owner is VERY courteous and was always prompt. This was really appreciated. Workers were courteous and prompt and worked hard. They had to do a few things over in order to get everything correct but the end result was very good. Ask for a very detailed estimate up front, be sure to have all details spelled out so that there are no misunderstandings later (true for any job). We did need to watch as the work progressed and make corrections as needed. These were the only areas where improvement was needed, although this estimate was much better than the others I received from other companies. Any problems we felt we had were corrected. The fencing and gates feel very sturdy and solid and I think they will last for many years.
Description of Work: Existing fences and gates on both sides of the home were removed and replaced. This included approximately 22 linear feet of cedar fencing, 6 ft height. It also included galvanized steel posts with caps, galvanized steel frames for the fencing, welded steel hinges, treated pine runners, and steel latches and handles (painted black). Galvanized screws were used for construction. Steel posts were set to a 2 foot depth in concrete. The old concrete and other trash items were hauled away. We kept the old cedar for future projects.
