 + -1 moreI live in McAllen and needed a system installed at SPI. I took them three separate times/days to get the system installed correctly, costing me time and money each time to go out there.

 + -1 moreSince the alarm's installation, everything has been up to par. My alarm has gone off a few times and ARGUS always calls me within five minutes of it going off. I even pressed the panic button by accident at one time and had the local police at my house within 15 minutes. Afterwards, ARGUS called me to ensure I was fine. They asked me for my password and made all appropriate steps to ensure me and my family were safe. This company has been great to deal with. They are always available to answer any questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family. Actually....I have recommended them and many of my families homes are equipped with ARGUS security systems.
Description of Work: I had been shopping for an alarm system with different dealers...even the real popular ones that have commercials on television. After being let down by one very popular alarm company, a friend advised me to go with a local company which was Argus. He advised me of the benefits with going with Argus. I set up an appointment and we met with the dealer within a week. I paid the upfront fees and my alarm was installed that same week.
