UV and Phillip came during the time prescribe. We received a courtesy call 20 minutes before arrival. They were very Professional and did a great job of replacing the faucet, which had some tricky places for nut removal that I was unable to complete myself. Both men were courteous and worked efficiently.

Work got done well, efficiently, and space was left clean..

Highly recommend this company for all your Plumbing and A/C services ... They were professional and rendered all possible scenarios available for me to make an important decision for my family.... Customer services was excellent and all the work was done in a timely manner

Our 3-month old Rheem Performance Plus hot water heater went out on Tuesday afternoon, March 8th. The LEDs for the power and both heating elements were all off, usually the power and one of the heating elements' LEDs are on most of the time. We called Mike's Plumbing but they didn't have any appointments available until Monday the 14th. They scheduled a service call in case we couldn't find another plumber to fix the hot water heater before the weekend. On Wednesday the 9th we called All Valley Plumbing and AC Co. and spoke to Yoli. She scheduled Saul for the next day to diagnose and possibly fix the problem. Yoli called on Thursday morning to let us know Saul was on his way. Saul should up within the 30-minute time Yoli said he would. He determined the electronic part that controls the power and heating elements was out and called Rheem to order the part and have it sent to us at home. Saul gave us an invoice for $0.00 since this was covered under Rheem's warranty. Today, Friday the 11th, the part arrived before 1 pm. We called Yoli and she scheduled Saul to come back to our house within an hour. Saul showed up within an hour of our call and replaced the bad part, flipped on the breaker and hot water heaters power LED came on. Saul gave us a second invoice, again for $0.00 since this was also covered under Rheem's warranty. Yoli and Saul were both friendly and professional. We would definitely call All Valley Plumbing and AC Co. again if needed.

All valley plumbing was very professional. Jerry came by to give me an estimate on a Friday and did the work on a Saturday. The job took longer than expected but that was due to the unconventional way the original plumber had routed pipes not them, They still only charged the original estimate, and called to follow up. Will be calling them in the future if I need a plumber.

It was not an easy job having to dig through to where the leak was outside, considering that the top of the soil is covered in rock, but the plumber found the leak, diagnosed it & suggested what needed to be done?.by a lawn irrigation repair person down the road. I had several questions about "how to maintenance" regarding other plumbing issues, & he patiently & professionally explained what I needed to do.

Great I called and they told me they would go today and tell me what was wrong and how much do I could say yes or no to job. They let me know they were running late and came even though technically they were closed. Diagnosed problem and gave me price and 10 minutes later clog was gone from the drainage pipe outside the house. They made sure no other backups in the house. This is the second time I have used them and have been very happy both times.

called on Thursday morning around 10 they told me someone would be at my house between 11-1 depending on when they finished other job they were already on. they called at 11:20 to let me know the guy just finished other job and was writing the invoice so would be about 20 minutes. When he arrived he told me pricing and asked if i wanted work done i said yes since needed it fixed right away an hour later he showed me what he had done and how it was not leaking anymore than reburied the pipe. pricing seemed pretty consistent with online estimates i found. would definitely use again.

Two initial problems with this company. 1. Price. The valve replacement job was right about 30 minutes of work, and the only substantial part (not counting solder and incidental copper piping) retails for about $14. The total bill was $187.50. Absolutely ridiculous. The previous job took twice as long and involved about the same amount of materials, but was $137.50 the day before. This seemed high, but not ridiculously so, and and against my better judgement I had them do the second job (the valve replacement) the next day. Bad choice. 2. Punctuality. The first day, I was told at 10:30 they'd be arriving in about thirty minutes. They finally showed up (after a couple calls by me) at 4:30. Day two, I was told at 8:30 they'd be arriving in 30 minutes or so. They actually arrived at 11:00. To some extent punctuality is a problem for every contractor, it seems, but this was pretty annoying. The estimates weren't even close. They did actually arrive the same day, though, which was vital considering I had no water in the meantime. As to quality, it seemed fine. Neither repair was substantial, and the fixes seem fine. Too soon to tell, really, but I have no reason to think there will be any problems. UPDATE: after I complained on the phone, the company reduced the valve replacement bill by $100 (without any real debate or discussion, in fact). UPDATE #2: After hearing about the visit (through this review) the company called again and offered a full refund. This was very nice of them, obviously, and reflects what seems to be a genuine desire to make things right. I feel it's only fair I should also note that I selected this company in the first place because they were the first to say they could come out the same day and fix the initial leaking pipe, and even though they didn't arrive when they said, they did come that day and fix the problem. As of now (a week later or so) both repairs seem to be holding fine, so I have issues with the workmanship.

All Valley is very good at what they do. They get my orders done quickly and efficiently. I never have to worry about pricing, or that there will be future problems.

I just purchased the house and the dryer vent pipe was completely clogged. The plumbers were able to completely clean the lint out of the pipe. I also asked him a question about another plumbing job, and he showed me how I could easily do the work by myself. The plumbers were very friendly, and worked efficiently.

The story is detailed above. I never want to deal with this company again!

Our 3 air conditioners went out 2 months after moving into our home and while I was 7 months pregnant with our second child. Our home was still under the home warranty that came with the purchase of the home. They send All Valley to us. All Valley was awful. They would say they were coming and then not show up at all. Sometimes they did not come out until 2 or 3 days after they said they would be there. I sat in my 98 degree home all day with my 3 year old waiting for them to show up. They would keep saying they would be there in an hour or two up until 6 or 7 at night and then never show up. They never fixed our air conditioners and they would not tell the warranty company that they couldn't be fixed, they just kept saying they were ordering new parts and then not showing up. We lived in our home without air conditioning for a month trying to deal with them. They were horrible. They would not return phone calls, they would not show up, and they would not return calls to the warranty company. They had absolutely no compassion for our situation. Finally, after a month of poor service from them, we paid Central Air and Heating Service to put in new air conditioners. That was $25,000 that All Valley lost because of poor customer service. I would never give them a dime. They are awful people, including the rude woman who answers the phone!!

On Oct 5, 2007, this company installed a water heater at a cost of $613.75. On July 13, 2010, a fitting that they used in the initial installation started leaking and soaked the carpet. They replaced the fitting and stopped the leak. The repairman told me that the original fitting had been overtightened and the fitting had deep teeth marks proving this to be the case. He then charged me $125.00 to correct a problem that the company created to start with. I filed a complaint with the BBB and this generated a call from the company. The manager agreed that there should not have been a charge and he promised to refund the money. The only action he has taken since was to run the credit card. Still waiting for the refund. He was a little irate that I had filed a complaint and I feel this will probably wind up in small claims court. I have their invoices to back up my report.

I contacted my home warranty company and they sent out AVP the next day. They identified the problem in less than an hour. As soon my home warranty company found the parts it was installed two days later. They didn't leave a mess, were professional and did a good job. If I had problems in the future that weren't covered by my home warranty I would give these guys a call.

Just before Hurricane Dolly hit us the toilet stopped working, after the Dolly, we called our Home Warranty Insurance because they cover these things. A plumber was sent and he looked at the toilet. We explained to him that we had the toilet snaked through and that he would probably need to get on the roof and snake it through there (the master restroom had this problem and another company fixed it in 30 minutes and explained that we needed the toilets snaked from the roof if it didn't work going through the toilet). The plumber ignored the information and proceeded to snake through the toilet when this didn't work he with drew the long snake and walked through our entire home dragging this tool with him leaving a trail on our carpets and tile floor (we have a large home and Dolly did not mess up any floor). He came back in and said we needed to pay him $300 additionally to what our home warranty would pay because he was going to need to remove the toilet to snake it. We explained we have never paid anything but the initial service fee of $65 and the home warranty has always paid the rest. The plumber said this time was different and we called our Home warranty and explained what this plumber wanted. We were told not to pay anything other than the $65 and that they would send out a different company to fix the problem. Furthermore, we told our home warranty and the plumbers company that this service plumber made the problem worse now the toilet was backing up into the shower drain and come out. The plumbing company said these things happen and that they had been in service for several years. I asked, "What about the ruined carpets and tile", he responded this things happen. I told them with so many years of experience I would have thought this things would stop happening and he responded it doesn't matter what you say people will still call us and our business will continue without your business. I told him we had another company last time and this things didn't happen and their response was that the other plumbing company was better prepared. Our home warranty agent send the other company and they fixed the problem by getting on the roof and snaking the toilet with in 30 minutes. We asked if we owed any additional fee they said no, your home warranty takes care of all fees except the initial $65 that is the contract all the plumbing companies have with them.
