A & R Septic Tank Service

He was rude, he was awful. I'm in a neighborhood where they install all of the systems and because they have installed everyone of the systems, in Texas you have to maintain a services contract with the installing company and our HOA has sort of allowed that to let them run rush all over the community but their service is horrendous, They didn't quote me anything because they didn't want to fix it. Because the developer had given him exclusivity in the neighborhood he was making and didn't care about any problems that came up so the guy is just a jerk. That was the owner of the company I mean it wasn't like I was talking to one of his peons or something that was the owner of the company which is why I was even more disgusting.

Member Comments: My husband and I had an outstanding issue with the company and it has since been resolved. We initially were trying to get in touch with their engineer so that they could advise us with the sanitation guidelines in order to put in a pool. The person answering the phone at the time did not know the avenues to take in which to help us, from my recent conversations with their manager. Aand R has apologized profusely and the manager feels very bad about the situation. He assured me that this is not how they run their business and the lady just did not know how to resolve my issues. I wholeheartedly understand as companies hire new people and sometimes management cannot always keep up with their responses to clients. I feel that they are now going above and beyond to make the bad experience we had right. I am completely satisfied with how they are handling the situation and they have even changed how they do things in their office when a client has concerns, questions or issues. They are the preferred septic installer in our neighborhood and we have been very happy with their monthly service as they always call prior to their arrival and the service techs know their job very well and answer all of our questions. I intend to keep using them from here on out as they have done their job maintaining our system and have handled themselves in a professional manner.

Despite 2 year warranty, we will be going with someone else.

They did the work on 10/7 and 10/8. Great! All work completed in a timely manner. All dirt work looks great!
