I paid them $3500 to re-plumb the sewer pipes in my house to get it done right. I had hired too many fly by night people so I decided to finally get it done right. So I hired them to redo every sewer line under my house. Within the first month after it was done the pipes stopped up twice. I had to call them back out to unstop them. I wasn't doing anything other than the normal every day living things. They charged me both times (more than $300) to come out and unstop the pipes. Fast forward less than two and a half years. The main pipe separated under the house and toilet paper was getting jammed up and stopping everything.(I feel like their work should have lasted longer than this if it were done correctly) I called them and told the man what was happening, he said there would be someone out that day to take a look at it. Nobody came, so I called again the next day. The lady (Judy I believe her name was) said she would get with him and call me back. No call back. So three days after that I called back and was told he's on a big job and wont be back for a couple of weeks and when he did come it would be $110 an hour service call. During the same call she decided that since he would be gone so long it would be a bio hazard by the time he got back and told me to just call someone else. These people do not stand behind their work at all. Not even within the first month or so. I had someone else fix the problem and he told me it looks like they reused the pipes I already had under the house. So I was essentially charged $3500+ for someone to get under my house and glue pipes together.....

The septic drain pipe is the only thing they repaired that has lasted. In about two weeks the leaks were back. We called and called and called trying to get them to return to correct the problem. After threatening to contact Angie's list they finally agreed to come out, but did not show up when they said they would. They finally called two days after they were supposed to be here. We told them to forget it and tried doing the repairs ourselves. There were three of them working together (the owner included) and they spent more time playing with each other than working. The owner was only going to charge for 15 minutes of work to unclog the drain, but one of his workers insisted he charge the full hour for the service, so he agreed. They were absolutely the worse plumbers we have ever had work for us. We had never attempted plumbing before, but it certainly has lasted longer than what they did. And my husband and I are both disabled seniors.
Description of Work: Removed broke faucet we could not get loose to replace. Fixed leak around bottom of toilet. Fixed leaking bathtub faucet. Unclogged septic drain pipe in yard.

The plumbers showed up on time and were very professional. They removed the faucet and installed the new one. They also cleaned out a drain from inside the house. The men were professional and did a good job. Everything works fine.

I had tried for about 5 yrs to get area plumbers to come out and give a bid-several came out but none returned or called back. a local plumbing supplier gave me their card and recommended them. they came out same day AND gave an estimate. they worked me into their schedule- alittle here and there. got the job done in about three days, they were very polite and put down plastic to keep from soiling the carpet. answered all questions fairly-if it was possible to do or said couldnt be done. i will use them for more projects and recommend them to others.
